Hey, as noted, our spambot can be a bit overzealous at times, but posts removed by it are periodically checked and reinstated. It catches a lot of bad stuff too, so we can't retire him for now. 

@ArchAngeL-PCX I can't see any post of yours removed, so it may have been reinstated. If a post disappears and the reason isn't clear, please create a report and we can look into it.

Transferring progress from one account to another isn't something we can do, even if it's on the same platform. This is the same for any game of ours, not just Apex Legends. 

While I can't really go into specifics on the technical reasons why, it's just not something we're equipped to do.

I'm afraid I don't have the exact number other than <1% chance to randomly pull heirloom shards from a pack. From personal experience, it's pretty rare. 

The system is set up so that you are guaranteed to receive the shards after you open 500 packs if you haven't randomly pulled them. If you open that many packs without ever getting the shards, you'll see them once you open pack number 500.

The ranked rewards do go out at the end of the season. Once the season is over your rank will be locked in and you'll get the rewards. 

Since this season had a split, you'll get the rewards for the highest rank you earned in either split. That means if you ranked higher in the first split you would get the rewards for the rank you achieved there, or vice versa if you ranked higher during the second split.

Hey, as far as I'm aware we don't have a specific official stance on this service, but I don't see there being an issue with it. Many players use VPNs and don't have issues (I hop between my own network and my work VPN constantly), and anti-cheat protections would be focused on cheats rather than efforts taken to optimise their connection.

I've seen players discuss using it here in the past, and as far as I'm aware there haven't been any account actions taken in relation to this.

Hypothetically use of a VPN may lead to an account being blocked if it looked like an account has been compromised, but I can't see that being a factor here.

@Tiza_Palace Hi, the black banner thing has a temporary workaround, to change your AA settings (for example enable TSAA) but it's a known issue.
