I got banned after my WHOLE town lost power and no one is replying to my ticket and every time I go to start a live chat I go to select a catagory the live chat feature goes away so can someone help me

It sounds like you'll need to appeal the ban. That isn't something we can take care of on Steam, so I would suggest taking the issue to Ubisoft Support [support.ubi.com] so they can look into the matter for you.

It looks like your case was submitted a couple days ago. It can take ToS At least 72 hours to respond, but can be longer. Especially these days when more players are staying home. I see your case is still awaiting investigation. Someone from ToS will email you as soon as that completes. It might take a few more days though so keep an eye on your email. Thanks!
