While I don't have any specific details on if trainers for other games could affect Apex Legends, my philosophy is usually "better safe than sorry." If you're concerned that having something like that installed could cause problems with Apex Legends it would probably be best to remove it. 

For more specific details on how to uninstall the trainer you might need to look through the documentation for the program itself. You can also try running a program like CCleaner after uninstalling it, if that's something you're comfortable with. For more details on that check out the EA Help site

If you are unable to access the email address registered to your EA Account it would be best to get in touch with the Account Recovery team. They'll verify the account with you and work on getting that email address updated. 

To set up a case with them fill out the account recovery webform over at the EA Help website. The team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can. The form asks you to provide an email address where they can reach you, so be sure to enter an address you can currently access.

Uninstalling the game wouldn't reset your account. Your inventory in Apex Legends is saved on the server, so even if you uninstall and reinstall the game you should still have all your stuff. 

Is it possible that you might have been playing on a different account before now? Do you have any other accounts on your Xbox that you use to play games?

Account bans are not something we're able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review the account to determine if the ban could be lifted. 

If the TOS team has reviewed the account and decided the ban will not be lifted, I'm afraid the account would remain banned.

Can we try running through some connection troubleshooting steps to see if that helps at all? Freezes like this can sometimes happen due to connectivity issues, so I'd like to see if that helps stop it from happening again. 

First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection steps from the EA Help website. If you're still seeing it after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot.

Looking at the diagnostics in the DxDiag the only thing that really jumped out was a fault with microsoft.windows.immersivecontrolpanel. I'm wondering if this might be related somehow if Windows settings are getting corrupted or damaged. 

When you've got a chance could you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if that helps at all? If there is a corrupted system file that might be related that could help with this. You can find more details on how to run it over at the Microsoft Support website .

Have you had a chance to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If the crashes are happening due to corrupted game files a repair might help fix it. 

If you right-click on the game in your Origin Library you'll see a Repair option when the menu pops up. Let me know if that helps at all.
