It is my job to reply to threads, and I do report up issues from threads that explain their issue with the game properly.

As it was revealed at SI, there are plans for a Map Veto system. The system will start out in Ranked and Unranked. If the system works well, the team will look into adding it to Quick Match as well. I don't have an ETA to share when that will happen, but it is a possible option!

Quick Match is intended to be an option for players to find a match quickly and have a more casual feel. Quick Match also allows the option for players to drop out as needed without facing abandonment penalties. Therefore, joining in-progress matches is an intended feature for Quick Match so abandonment can be backfilled.
Limiting backfill would cause a problem for teams that are missing players due to others leaving. It's a two-sided issue ultimately which makes the overall issue difficult to address.
It is frustrating to be put into a losing match, and we have been passing threads along to the team in response to people sharing their experiences. However, it is important to understand that joining in progress matches is a feature. Read more
There are escalating bans in place for repeated TKs. We also appreciate player reports (either with the button or through the support portal) to help us identify players who may be abusing the system.
Friendly Fire exists for the purpose of realism. It also prevents op situations like rushing while Fuzing as Joe brought up. We have been monitoring TKing and adjustments to the RFF system.
Hey there! I looked into your account and can see that you did have MMR removed from the MMR Rollback system. You should have gotten a pop up when you logged in that the rollback had happened.
Do you have a video of what you are experiencing by chance? It is possible you are encountering an audio bug if you think it is too quiet.

At this time we do not have plans to revert the change, but we are still letting the dev team know that some players dislike AA-DD in Quick Match. This doesn't mean it will or will not happen ever, it just means that at the moment we don't have word that a change is being considered.
The overall intent for Siege is to align Quick Match and Ranked to make the swap to Ranked easier for those who decided to go that route. Swapping to AA-DD is part of that plan. Interesting. In Plat+ games, according to our Designer Notes, Dokka isn't showing on the top 10 operators banned. Do you think Dokka should be banned more?
I personally feel like her kit is in an okay place now, and is not incredibly annoying to deal with, unlike operators like Jackal.

Barricade Bugs - Break a barricade but can't go through it, yet can see through it.
There is a fix for this issue currently being tested on the TTS. It seems to happen when using specific weapons with high RPM. If you haven't tried the TTS yet, I'd recommend doing so to help make sure this issue has been resolved!
Sound bugs. Sound has been off more this season than in previous ones. A great example that is easy to recreate is putting a drone in a drone hole. You can see people running around doing all their gadgets and should be making a lot of noise but can't hear anything til you move the drone out of the hole.
As you may know, we have a dedicated thread regarding recent audio bugs. There is an R6Fix report for audio bug issues while in a drone. Make sure you are upvoting and contributing to the report if you have any details to share with reproducing this bug.

The important thing to keep in mind with reports is that they are handled on a case by case basis, which means response time may take longer. Additionally, it is important to remember there is somewhat of a scaling system with reports. So it is possible they may have only been banned for a day. Reports - both from the in-game button and from support - are reviewed individually. I understand the main concern is it feels like there is not enough of a turnaround. As I mentioned on another thread, the team is looking into ways to provide more of a visible note to reporters that action has been taken against a reported player. We have rolled out Thank You emails you can opt-inf for to be notified when we have taken action against a reported player. If you have any ideas how to further improve the process, let us know! Interesting balancing idea! From our Designer Notes, Echo is banned about 67% of the time in Plat+ games. Echo is often used to help disrupt plants, so I think having it so Echo can only technically use one blast per plant would help. Do you think Echo has any other frustrating aspects to play against?

I don't think Thatcher needs his speed adjusted at all. From the recent Designer Notes, Thatcher is apparently being banned 36% of the time in Plat+ games. From my personal understanding, most players are banning him due to his gadget being really strong, not because of his speed. How would you suggest reworking his gadget? I don't agree that he needs a full kit rework, but maybe his nades could be tweaked somewhat.

Just today, first round in an idiot on my team tries to spawn kill, gets head shoted, and leaves the ranked game. First death, first round. This should result in a daily ban.
But no, they get a 30 or 1 hour ban, they come back and do the same ****.
There are escalating penalties in place currently. If they continue to TK, the bans will get longer.
Or worse when you just join into a ranked and during voting screen some idiot gets mad that they did not get their pick so they leave.
Being put in a situation without a full team is upsetting, and the team has been looking into ways to prevent this from happening in the future. The same is being applied to situations where you join a Ranked lobby with less than 10 players. Read more

The button and submitting a support ticket does actually work, it is just the time to process reports can take longer since they are done on a case by case basis. You can opt in to receive an email once an action has been taken against someone you report. The dev team is happy to accept feedback on how to further enhance the reporting process. I've seen suggestions to have the in-game report system more customizable and allow for you to select more than one report type at once. Besides receiving an email once something has been done, is there any other type of visible feedback you would like to see? Read more
