That's not what was said. It was specifically mentioned the purpose was to help newer players not be overwhelmed by the number of maps in the map pool. It additionally helps the dev team process updates quicker. Some maps are also removed due to an ongoing rework, like House. It was also intended to spice up Quick Match, but I know a lot of players have said it does the exact opposite, especially since because it is a smaller pool you are more likely to have repeated. Some people have suggested the rotation should happen more often to make it not as boring.

You know what's disappointing? That even night maps are gone lol. I never understood the point of removing them.

Night variations were deemed as unbalanced, especially for spawn peeking.

Thanks for your feedback Johnathan. The reason why the system was originally implemented was to not overwhelm newer players with a larger map pool. It was also intended to provide a bit more of a variety every once in a while, but I know many people have expressed it actually feels more boring this way. The map rotation system also helps the dev team with processing updates and allows maps to be reviewed for a rework, like House.

As D4n mentioned, we are testing a fix for it on the TTS. The fix should be coming to the live build soon!

Two things to add here:
1) Naming and shaming/withchunting is not allowed on the forums. We have a whole post here explaining why it is not allowed. Naming and shaming posts will get removed.

For Quick Match, there should be backfill for these situations. The system could be having problems finding a perfect match depending on the time of day and region.

This message you are signed into the incorrect Ubisoft account for the copy of Siege you are trying to launch. You would need to reach out to the Support Portal directly for assistance with this message and proof of purchase for your copy of Siege.

Hit ditection is flawed still.

Clips should be sent to support for review.

Sound is completely broken.

Frequently spawn into comp games with four or three teammates on my team. Match should be canceled immediately.

The team is working on a fix for this issue at the moment.

Disable teammate killing during prep phases and the first fifteen seconds of a match. Causes so much toxicity.

We can't answer questions about ban reasons for other players. It is important to remember that MMR rollback is the total MMR impacted by multiple banned players, not just one person. As D4n mentioned, your friend can submit an appeal through the support portal.

With Void Edge, we changed it so All Chat is disabled by default due to the amount of toxicity in the game. Players have to go out of their way to turn it back on, which I don't think many are doing. I personally haven't turned All Chat back on and have been enjoying the game more. So technically the option already exists, but players have the option to turn it on for themselves.
Don't forget to report those players for griefing as well for calling out teammate locations to the enemy team. Read more
