I still dont see how you plan on dealing with all the trolls and idiots playing this game, I have supported you with Xbox and PC since day one.
Forget casual, it is the way it is there, I am talking about ranked play. I play with 4 other mates and we are just about done now. 3 ranked matches in a row with teamkills and trolls.
I have met the same troll Group twice in two weeks, I can not have been the only one who have reported them.
What are you going to actually going to do about it?
There must be something you can do, its your game.
I have now fallen down to the infamous copper V swamp and it is worse than casual games on saturadays. It is incredible that people use their time to ruin it for other people and enjoy it but even more incredible how you allow this to continue on ranked play.
Is it all about player count and tournaments?

Hey Slow, I definitely recommend going through the portal here to report trolls and griefers. I also recommend you sign up to get an email about if your report caused any actions against the account. We definitely like to have as much information as possible when reporting these folks. Looking into cheaters, grief-ers and trolls can take time, but we do take these things seriously.

The important thing to keep in mind with reports is that they are handled on a case by case basis, which means response time may take longer. Additionally, it is important to remember there is somewhat of a scaling system with reports. So it is possible they may have only been banned for a day. Reports - both from the in-game button and from support - are reviewed individually. I understand the main concern is it feels like there is not enough of a turnaround. As I mentioned on another thread, the team is looking into ways to provide more of a visible note to reporters that action has been taken against a reported player. We have rolled out Thank You emails you can opt-inf for to be notified when we have taken action against a reported player. If you have any ideas how to further improve the process, let us know!
