Can we try some troubleshooting steps to see if that helps get that fixed? 

First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. Those can tackle a lot of the more common connection issues that we see, but if it keeps happening afterward check out the PS4-specific steps as well.

I've seen this happen occasionally. Usually all you need to do is play a couple rounds of ranked, and the ranks in the lobby will sync back up. Unfortunately you might need to solo queue to get the ranks synced back up so that you're close enough in rank with your friends so you can queue together. 

If you're not even able to queue up for ranked on your own, what are you seeing when you try? Is it giving you any error messages at all?

Account bans are not something we're able to help with here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to take a look at the account and determine if the ban could be overturned. If you haven't already please reach out to them so they can review your account. 

For more information on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. They will get back to you via email as soon as they can. The TOS team reviews ban appeals on a case by case basis, so it may take a while to hear back, but unfortunately we don't have a way of seeing how long that could be. Keep an eye out on your email for a response, and they'll follow up as soon as they can.

Unfortunately we haven't heard any updates on if this is something that will be coming to Apex Legends in the future. If cross-saving does happen we would definitely share an announcement so that everyone knows. 

A good place to watch for news and updates on something like this would be over at the Apex Legends Twitter page. The team will post updates there when they have information to share about the game.

Unfortunately there isn't any cross-platform saving for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC after you were previously playing on Xbox your progress would not transfer over. You would be starting over from the beginning on PC.

Whenever you open up a pack the contents should be added to your account automatically, even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation. 

Is it possible you may have got crafting metals from this pack? Did you notice if the total of crafting metals on your account changed after you opened it?

Hey folks. 

Transferring progress from one account to another isn't something we can do, even if it's on the same platform. This is the same for any game of ours, not just Apex Legends. 

While I can't really go into specifics on the technical reasons why, it's just not something we're equipped to do.

I'm afraid we wouldn't have any visibility into from our side. If you haven't already done so, I think it would still be a good idea to get in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can review your account as well.

Are you just not seeing any contact options on the EA Help website at all? If you're currently logged into the site, I'd recommend logging out and giving this a shot: 

Create a new case, and select Manage My Account as the topic, then select Hacked Account as the issue. That should let you get in touch with the EA Help team so they can investigate this. If it's still not working, I'd also recommend clearing your browser cache to see if that helps at all. I've seen some cases where there's something cached in the browser data causing issues with the EA Help site as well.

If you have a way to do so, you could also try speaking with the team through Facebook or Twitter as well. The team who works on those channels should also be able to look into this.
