Hey @hotboys_keta.
Thanks!
If possible could you attach the full text file for the DxDiag? If you're not comfortable attaching it publicly you can also send it to me in a direct message.

Thanks for giving it a shot.
Clearing the Origin cache can also help with issues like this, but it sounds like that didn't do the trick in this case. I'm wondering if there might be an issue with the game syncing up with the servers. Can you try running through some connection troubleshooting for me to see if that has any effect at all?
If it still happens after that check out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you can.

Hi @Murifantu.
When you have a chance can you try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's something missing or corrupted in the game data that may help.
If you right-click on Apex Legends in your Origin Library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know how it goes when you can.

Hi @redthunder1321.
Repairing the game in Origin should help with that. If you right-click on Apex Legends in the Origin library you'll see the Repair option when the menu comes up.
That should take care of the black textures you've been seeing.

Hey @Fratzy1.
I'm wondering if there's something else taking focus from the game window so that you're not able to actually interact with anything. We have been working on fixing an issue with the Origin client taking focus in some situations, which might be happening here as well.
When you have a chance can you try this for me?
1. Close Origin and its services processes (OriginWebHelperService.exe and OriginClientService.exe).
2. Delete all files in the following folders:
- "C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License"
- "C:\Users\
3. Start Origin back up again
Let me know if it keeps happening after that. Thanks!

Hey @KOs-INAM.
As far as I know that should be fine. Rebinding keys to your mouse buttons shouldn't cause any trouble for you. I've done something pretty similar with my own mouse in Apex Legends without any issues.

Hi @Krampus_ii.
I appreciate it. I can see that you spoke with the EA Help team quite a while ago about those missing coins. It looks like they had to escalate the case up for further investigation by the studio. The case hasn't been closed, so it's still in the process of investigation.
Unfortunately we don't have a way of seeing how long that may take. These situations are investigated on a case-by-case basis, so the time frame can vary. Hopefully it's something that can be sorted out soon. Thanks for being patient while it's under investigation.

Hi @Krampus_ii.
I'm afraid that missing coins aren't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team would need to pull up the account and take a look.
For more info on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

Hey @PedroMaia08.
This is something I've seen happen sometimes when a new season starts up. Usually it will go back to normal after you play a few ranked matches. After a bit the ranks should sync up.

Hey @jdeath87.
When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
For more information on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website.

Thanks! I appreciate that.
Looking through the DxDiag I did notice that a process called wmiprvse.exe was crashing alongside the bluescreens you've been seeing. That .exe is a Windows system process called WMI Provider Host, which is always running in the background. If something is causing this process to crash that might be related to the bluescreens and other issues you've been seeing.
When you have the chance can you try running the Windows System File Checker on your PC to see if that makes any difference for you at all? If these crashes are coming from a corrupted or missing system file in Windows that may help fix the issue. You can find more info on how to run this over at the Microsoft Support website.
Let me know if you're still seeing any of the same issues happening after that. Thanks again!

Hi @Neeetriht.
When you have the chance can you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more information on how to pull one up, check out the EA Help website.
Once you have the file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

Hey @CompleatBeet_963.
Edit: Updating this post since we recently announced that cross-play will be coming to Apex Legends in the future. For more information check out the EA Play 2020 Announcements thread:
https://answers.ea.com/t5/News-Game-Updates/EA-Play-2020-updates/m-p/9232819#M77
I'm afraid we don't have any updates on cross-play or cross-saving for Apex Legends. I know it's something people have been asking about for quite a while, but I haven't heard if there are any plans to bring either to the game.
If that does happen in the future we'll definitely make an announcement so that everyone is aware. A good place to watch out for announcements on things like this would be over at the official Apex Legends Twitter page. The team usually shares updates there when they have news.

Hey @otfort1.
There were some connection issues yesterday, but they've since been fixed. Are you still having any problems connecting?
