If you go to your games folder in Windows, then to Apex\EasyAntiCheat, can you try running EasyAntiCheat_setup again and see if that changes anything?

Hi again, we've taken a closer look at this, and the short version is that progress is tracking correctly, but the Match Summary page is very misleading. 

If you check your See All Challenges page it should show your progress accurately. 
Remember that with each level you grind for, the next one will require another 9k XP, so it can take quite a while for your next level if you've got a few under your belt this week.

However, if you're willing to try one more game, can you grab a screenshot of your Weekly challenge page - with the XP/Stars grind bar - before and after a match, to help determine whether the progression is indeed being hampered.

@poisonedXkiss Hey, it looks like your progression seems to be tracking ok now, when you look today are you as far along as you should be?

For your 2nd point, we are looking into some of the strange badge issues. Was your actual ranked soft-reset correct (it should have dropped 1 and a half tiers)?

For everyone affected, when did this start for you, and did anything notable happen on the match before it happened?
Also can I check/confirm that this only affects the one account? If you try another account on the system can that find a normal match?
@twitch-jabsiwoon We don't have Turkish support on AHQ so I'll ask you to post in English. If you just want to add your account as a "me too" to the issue that's fine.

Hi, i believe there's a mixup here, the free month for adding 2-factor authentication is for Origin Access Basic as opposed to Origin Access Premier, and the S3 BP is part of Premier.

On your last point, just so we're clear, what step do you take exactly? Also can I check if you play non-Apex EA games and if so, do those act strangely too? Also can I check what router you are using?

Sometimes troubleshooting before a big update can be pointless as sometimes these things fix themselves, can you check if these isssues persist after today's update? (in about 7 hours)

@MrMasterWizard Thanks for coming back with a confirmation. Lots of folks getting mislead by that end of match page at the moment, so you certainly weren't alone. 

Please ignore the match summary page, it's all sorts of bugged at the moment. Can you check your Weekly Challenges page instead, the bar there should be accurate.

Do you have an image of your current weekly challenge list with the XP bar at 54k?

Hey, as noted charms and trails are working fine, but if folks didn't play ranked in the last few weeks they were hit by a bug and their badge didn't update properly. 

This is being looked into.
