Hey, we can check this sort of thing in the logs. Taking a look, you got an Epic skin for a pistol, but it was the Mozambique, not the Wingman.

I can understand the mixup, some Mozambique skins look like Wingman ones at a glance.

Hey, in such cases the items are always delivered from what I've seen. 
The pack which came with the Wattson Quip also contained the Oceanic Skin for the Havoc, and Yellowjacket for the R99. If you check theses, can you confirm they don't have the red marks?

Hi, the skydive animations should be automatically applied to the character. At level 54 you should have Gibraltar and Wattson's emotes, and when you drop as therem there should be a small prompt at the bottom of the screen with your system's command to use the emote. Is this missing?

@Te3H That's interesting, I do see a flag saying an email went out a bit under 2 weeks ago. If you keep spam/trash mails that long, can you check if that came through?

Hey, there's a bug with the first Match Summary screen where if you keep playing Winter Express, it'll give ever-more-inflated incorrect XP numbers, and may tell you that you've earned levels that you haven't. While this is of course leading to confusion, fortunately actual progress is being properly tracked and applied.

We didn't get the info on Friday and I was out over the weekend. We were pretty sure this was just a visual bug, and now that we can confirm it, we have done so. 

Of course, if actual progress was being lost we'd need to take some much more in-depth steps, so we wanted to be sure we had a handle on the issue before commenting. 

Hey, the Match Summary screen for Winter Express is bugged right now. The first page will show increasingly inflated incorrect XP gain numbers, and will give corresponding fake BP levels. 

Sorry, but you're not earning dozens and dozens of XP per match, it'll usually wind up in the mid thousands, or might break 5 figures after a good match and a win. You can see the actual XP earned on the 2nd match summary page, and this will be correctly added. 
What's happening is that if you play consecutive games of Winter Express, it's not zeroing out the XP for a new game. So if you keep playing the LTM you'll be told you've earned increasingly absurd amounts of XP, but you'll actually be earning the right amount of XP.

Sorry, I don't have anything to hint at right now, but I'd say it's best to hold on to materials for now. 

I'm waiting for info on the next event skins myself and hopefully we'll have something up soon/before they all get datamined/leaked. :D

As for contents of a future BP, I think you'd be waiting a while longer, sorry.

@Psy_Xalo Hey, do you have clips of your gameplay? There are situations where kills may legitimately not count - such as finishing off players downed by a team that ares till active- and that may be a factor here.
