@Nadanial Hey, can you try restarting your game client, and see if that changes anything? From what I'm hearing that should clear things up and let you equip them.
Edit: Can you try a game client restart if you haven't already? I have word that this should help.

We took a look at the account and it appears that the 2 other items were delivered. Can you check your inventory for a new Legendary Frame for Wattson, and the common "Evergreen" skin for Mirage?
