@DaAceXD "Streak forgiveness" is when you don't hit top 5, when you're on a Streak. Your Streak is gone, but you're still able to play in Elite. 

Loss Forgiveness is different, and should mean the loss doesn't count. @Wingmannedbro There were some changes to reduce Loss Forgiveness issues in the recent patch, but it sounds like it can still happen.

@Wingmannedbro Had you recently received any loss forgiveness for teammates dropping? I assume the person who dropped was a random and not a friend, is this the case?

@federtut Hi, can you list the steps you've taken already? 

That error message can indicate that a file like VCC or DXDIAG isn't installing to Windows, can you check that your Windows is fully up to date?

I was hoping to talk to someone to get any idea of the viability of such a change for extra context for a response, but I didn't get to before the end of my day. 

Basically I can't make any promises. I'd love a badges tool, but that may not be viable or even necessary. I know the studio are working on various badge issues, and some should be retroactively granted, but I don't know if these ones will count. 
Sorry, it's not a very concrete answer, but I don't have anything more right now.

@CyberNoobb Hey, this is flagged as a known issue for now and should be fixed in Season 2. 

Ability to switch from localized voice overs to English.

  • Players will be able to switch language back to English in Season 2.

@xTriPPyACEx In this case it would be a tools issue. Adding things to accounts would require specific tools on our end, and at this time we don't have them for the badges, sorry.

@xXxLEAF91xXx Hi, that's a known issue and is being looked into. However at least in these cases the item wheels are available. 

For anyone with rebind issues, please remove any antoexec commands for now.

@TwitchVaune_o  @JuneauBro Hey, this issue is related to the latest patch and not your local setup. The studio are aware of this, but until this is fixed the item wheel is the way to go. 

Hi, I think there's a mixup here. The BP level for a top 5 placing is only available once per day.

@MATTEMATE Hey, unforutunately there isn't an option in the game on PC. 


On PC, click the cog icon for the game and choose Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options to swap your language. 

@VeryTrueMondSly  Hi! I can see a bunch of packs opened in a short period recently, and it looks like the items on your account match up with with the number of boxes you would have earned by now. 

I don't know your situation, but perhaps a friend or family member opened the boxes when you weren't looking?
I'll chase on my end to see if there's any way the packs could have been automatically opened, but it sounds unlikely. 
In any case, if you check your inventory you should have some new items, as well as some crafting materials.  Read more
