The Rare Chest you get every 5 levels and the Epic Chest you get every 25 levels replaces the Common Loot chest you normally get from leveling, not in addition to. Your account level is the sum of your Hero levels, so you always will see your Account level move up when a Hero level does.

So, you don’t get a Hero Specific chest at level 5, only every 10 levels with that Hero. Level 5 you should get a little boost of Gold.

For your original report, did you hit level 10 with that Hero or level 5?

That is correct littlespider. Your Account level is just the sum of your Hero Levels therefore your Account always levels when your Hero does and you only receive one Loot Chest when leveling up a Hero.

For Bestial, I looked into the issue you reported here where leveling Sylvanas to level 10 only granted you one Chest. On my testing accounts and my personal account, when I hit a level 10 Milestone, I saw one Common Loot Chest and one Hero Loot Chest, as well as the bonus gold. This caused my Loot Chest pop up to say I got 3, when I correctly got 2. If you level another Hero to 10 and look at your Loot menu afterwards and do not see the Hero Chest and 1 additional Loot Chest, please take a screenshot and show me here!

That is correct! Completing Daily Quests don’t award chests, only gold. So if you leveled a Hero and completed a Quest, you should have gotten gold and 1 chest.

The issue people are seeing is the post game screen will say that you got 2 chests, when you only got the correct amount of 1 and the gold reward from the quest, which you are getting, but there is not pop up for it.

Wanted to post a quick update!

We are currently tracking an issue where completing a Daily quest at the same time as you level a Hero is causing the pop up to say you have 2 chests, when you correctly should only have 1. Currently, we do not believe that there is a chest that is missing and think this is purely a display issue!

If I get any more information or need any more information from you all, I’ll definitely post here again.

If you wouldn’t mind checking, there is an issue where not every player got the pop up screens when they first logged on after the season ended. So there is a chance you did get the Portrait, but just didn’t see it!

1. Placed in Storm League last season (played 10 games) and
2. Do not see either of the three Rooster mounts when you navigate to Collection > Mounts > Beasts. The three mounts are “Courageous Rooster”, “Valiant Rooster”, and “Victorious Rooster”

This season, leaver games now require you to Win the game to clear it and not just play them. This can be confirmed by mousing over the leaver status icon under your profile portrait.

In the games that you have played, have you won enough games to clear your leaver status?

When you say go dark, what exactly do you mean.

1. They are not greying out, like they usually do when you cannot cast or are out of mana, or
2. They are not getting any sort of change after you cast it apart from numbers appearing on top of the button art.

So, those blue sparkles are most likely the impact visual effect from Tracer’s auto-attack. Why that is stuck on you and breaking stealth is a mystery. I have a couple theories though!

If you could do me a favor and find that replay, and send it in to me using the Bug Attachment Guidelines I can dig in to this and try to figure out what happened.

Hey everyone!

First, I want to thank everyone for their patience while we investigated this issue. We have identified a potential cause for this and are looking to implement a fix with the new season and ranked updates.

We believe this issue resulted in affected players’ MMR and Season Ranks greatly diverging, which was causing the match maker to have trouble finding games for those players. While this was most often seen in players who were leaving large amount of games, it was also possible to affect players who were playing the game normally. With the ranked changes that will better map MMR to Season Rank, this issue should be resolved.

After the new Ranked Season begins, if you are still seeing this problem, please let me know so we can investigate further!
