Just to confirm you:

1. Placed in Storm League last season (played 10 games) and
2. Do not see either of the three Rooster mounts when you navigate to Collection > Mounts > Beasts. The three mounts are “Courageous Rooster”, “Valiant Rooster”, and “Victorious Rooster”

In the mean time, for my own curiosity, I assume you also didn’t get the Portrait for your rank last season?

If you wouldn’t mind checking, there is an issue where not every player got the pop up screens when they first logged on after the season ended. So there is a chance you did get the Portrait, but just didn’t see it!
