Can you log out of the client and back in? We had a temporary maintenance at 2:00 PM for one of the servers that had logins disabled for around 40 minutes. It should be fixed now.

Chaotic characters still drop items when killed by other players or NPCs on Classic.

Anyone who had a Prestige Pack subscription during August 7th until today will receive the bonus pack regardless if they are still a recurring subscriber or not. The code will not appear in the NCSOFT account management page to apply until after the 10/30 maintenance is over.

Typo. The XP Rune that Prestige Pack users will get in the bonus pack is for all levels.

@Kurison Only the Bloody Rune Pack (30-day) will be tradable in this bonus pack.
