It depends entirely on the chance for that specific item to drop, especially if the item has 1% chance to drop.

I was not able to repro this issue. What were you doing when this happened and did you die while opening the pack?

Here is an example of how the drop penalty works for an item that has a 100% drop chance.

Level Difference on 100% Drop Item:

• +0 - 100% Chance
• +1 - 100% Chance
• +2 - 100% Chance
• +3 - 85% Chance
• +4 - 70% Chance
• +5 - 55% Chance
• +6 - 40% Chance
• +7 - 25% Chance
• +8 - 10% Chance
• +9  or higher - 0% Chance

There are no planned changes currently for the Golden Treasure Chest in our next update. I will pass on the feedback to the Dev team regarding the box composition since it has not changed since the Classic launch.

We have not adjusted any settings for the event or made any changes to the NPC data drop table since the content update. When we receive reports of drop chances changing for non-event items, it is usually related to the 3 levels or higher drop penalty. Please make sure that the mob you are fighting is within 1-2 levels.

The ranking system was developed only for the main class in mind. The Dev team told us last week they have no intention to add dual class rankings after we requested for additional benefits for players leveling entirely on their dual class.

There was a typo in the maintenance notice yesterday, but it should have read no longer available in the L2 Store. The dates for when the Halloween items were being removed from the store was posted on the October store page on the website, on the items themselves in the store when moused over, and in the login announcement.

Dev is currently investigating why the NPCs did not spawn last Saturday after we changed the server time from UTC-2 to UTC.

1. If you awaken your dual class at level 85, then you get Paulina's Equipment Set (R-grade). You no longer receive the set if you Re-Awaken your Dual Class through Raina.

2. We just received it the other day and will release more information at a later time.

Your Radiant Brooch should already be La Vie En Rose's Brooch Lv. 2 after the Supplemental Update Part 2. If you have any brooch packs that has the old name, it will give you the new named brooch. After tomorrow's maintenance, all the old brooch naming conventions will switch over if it hasn't already.
