Hi @kingsamsin,
You can request a refund from here on the EA Help site. From there you’ll be able to see if your games are eligible for the Great Game Guarantee and if you have games that qualify for a refund, you can complete and submit the refund request form.
You can also check the status of your refund request from your Order History on the order summary page.
- Log in to origin.com
- Hover over your EA ID in the bottom left corner, then click EA Account and Billing.
- Select the Order History tab.
If your refund doesn’t appear in My Cases, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us so we can help you out.
