You can request a refund from here on the EA Help site. From there you’ll be able to see if your games are eligible for the Great Game Guarantee and if you have games that qualify for a refund, you can complete and submit the refund request form.

You can also check the status of your refund request from your Order History on the order summary page.

  1. Log in to origin.com
  2. Hover over your EA ID in the bottom left corner, then click EA Account and Billing.
  3. Select the Order History tab.

If your refund doesn’t appear in My Cases, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us so we can help you out.

Thanks for looking to bring this to our attention. I'm afraid we can't process reports made on the forum and can't facilitate name and shame per our forum rules. We'd need this information to be sent directly to the team investigating these reports. I'll share the steps on how to report cheaters below: 

- To report a cheater on console, follow the steps in the spoiler tag.

Spoiler

While in a match, bring up the in-game menu (Tab on PC, Options on PS4, Menu on Xbox One) and open the Squad tab.

The Squad selection tab in Apex Legends.

Select the warning symbol (“!” inside a triangle) under the player you want to report.
The Report player icon is an exclamation point inside a triangle.
Choose if you'd like to report the player for cheating, or for another reason.
A screen letting you enter a player name and what type of report you want to make.
Choose the reason:
  • Shot me with no line of sight
  • Aim was snapping to targets
  • Moving in impossible ways
  • Ammo or recoil was unusual

Choosing the reason you are reporting a player in Apex Legends.

Click Submit.

You can also report a player while spectating them after you have fallen in a match.

Hold R to report a player when spectating an Apex Legends match.

Hi @0Atel0,

Bans aren't something we're able to help with from the forum. I'm not sure where you've sent emails to but just in case - if you do think your account got banned by mistake - you can contact the ToS team to appeal the ban here.

If you already have hit up that ban appeal, it's a matter of keeping an eye on your email. The general response time may vary but the ToS team will aim to respond as soon as they can.

To answer the initial question asked, if there's an issue with moderation or a volunteer moderator on the SWGOH Forums, if pop a message with the details up to the EA Moderators on that site like EA_Rtas or EA_Joz, the EA Moderators would review the content and take the appropriate actions needed internally.

I've removed the video sharing the exploit from you post. The forum isn't the right spot for these reports as unfortunately some folks will use the information you share to exploit the game. To add to that, we are unable to handle reports like this from the forum and would need this information to be reported through the official dedicated channel that's set-up specifically for receiving and looking into these. Could you follow the steps in this>> EA HELP article<< to learn more on how to send a report flagging exploits/cheats please so it can be looked into?

Hi @mattpalkki, I've moved this post to the Xbox section as it's not a Bug Report. On refunds, we would not be able to assist with returns for purchases made outside of Origin. You’ll need to get a refund from the point of sale. That means if you bought it from the store on your console, you would need to get in touch with Xbox support to see if you are eligible for a refund with them. This is also true if it was purchased from a third party.

I've edited the thread title to remove the players name as naming and shaming others breaks our forum rules.

We are not able to look into these or send on these reports if they come through on the forum. The good news is there are official channels already in place to receive cheating reports and will ensure your reports reach the right team investigating these.

  • PC: Fill in the 'Report a Cheat' page and click Submit. - Link
  • Console: We have an EA Help Guide that does a great job outlining the steps for console Apex Legend Players. Check it out. - Link

Hi @jonnys95s10, I've merged your thread in here. Guilds can only be renamed if the guild leader contacts the support team and requests it. Can you link this EA Help article to your guild Leader? It will walk them through how to contact support and from there the advisor can assist.

The "Investigate your banned or suspended account" would normally be how EA players have bans looked into.

For SWGOH though, you are correct. You'd need to contact CG_Leviathan to investigate the ban. You can reach him here. if you click on "Message" just to the left of the profile image you will be able to start a conversation there.
