If you've already raised a case to the Terms of Service team on this issue and they've declined to overturn the sanction there is nothing further that can be done, the Terms of Service team have the final say on these matters.

@AegisFalcon Gotcha, have you tried repairing the game by right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?

I can't really speculate on why the new account was banned, you would need to take that up with the Terms of Service team on the new account for any information related to a ban. Aljo.png

For voice chat with a headset you'll want to navigate to Settings - Audio and then turn Off Disable Voice Chat, for text chat instead you'll then turn Convert Incoming Voice Chat to Text to On in the same settings section. Aljo.png

@Lowkeyz26 Gotcha, have you tried repairing the game by right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?

Can you try a cache clear - then launch Origin with Admin rights and let me know if that works?
