Will the Beta Skins (Prism Skins) come back into the released game or will they just be gone forever?

I can't say. ;) Some of the skins from Closed Beta will come back, but others won't. Whatever does come back will get an update, even if it's slight.

Haha okay. It was on bind and I was playing omen. She was playing sage and her friend played Phoenix. I usually am not the mvp but for some reason I carried this game and they were both really fun so I added them. We played for a solid 5 hours before hitting and I never had so much fun in my life haha. Next day we do the same but we decide do go on discord and yeah, from step to step I discovered we are born a few weeks apart and form the same year, we have the same music taste, and so much in common and we both fell pretty hard for eachother. I don't regret asking if anyone had a mic haha. Laura if you read this, I love you <3

We're currently working on an emergency restart to fix a scaling issue now. We hope this will be brief and can get you all back in game. Apologies for the impact! We are working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Fix we're testing should reconcile. It may require finishing a game and gaining XP for the previously earned rewards to show up. Still in testing but that's currently our expectation when applied (assuming it passes testing).

First fix didn't resolve, but it did help us uncover root cause. New fix in testing now.

Do you have to buy the whole bundle or can you buy just 1 item from that bundle?

You can buy a single item or items. You don't need to buy the whole bundle, but you get the melee free if you do.

Hello, Im trying to make a support ticket, but for some reason my email isnt verified anymore and without that i cant make a ticket? But Ive been sitting here waiting for the verification email for 12 hours and still got nothing. How am I supposed to make a ticket?

Beta-Progress is reset - so you only keep the Things from the Beta-Contract (Gunbuddies, 4 Playercards, etc.)
Skins you bought, and things you unlocked with Agent Contracts are gone for good.

You should have received your Valorant Points back (with an additional 20% bonus) though. If you did not: Contact Support ( https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/ ) and keep a Proof of Payment at Hands - they will get you your points back =)

We're investigating a small subset of players who may have VP grants missing from the CB reset.

Will we be getting the Reaver skin line back? Although the new ones are nice, I still prefer the old ones.

As one of the QA folks on the maps team this post made me panic so much when I clicked on the title 0_o

Edit top post for visibility instead of replying in thread: We do want to have appropriate translations. So while this is definitely not unplayable per se, we want it to be everything ya'll deserve, so our loc team and maps team are talking about how we can do stuff like this better, and we'll take this lesson moving forward :) So thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Thank you very much! We worked very hard on performance this patch.
We're not done yet either. We've already got another set of improvements lined up for 1.1. I don't think it'll be as major of a jump as 1.0 but it should still be a nice bump for many players. This is something we're committed to getting right over the long term.

We're looking into reports of this now. I'll try to get an update shortly on it, but we are actively investigating.

We have a potential mitigation in testing at the moment. We'll understand more hopefully in the next 30 minutes

It shouldn't be required for the fix for it, but there's no harm in a ticket either. It's helpful for scale of the issue.

My post was referring to the network errors. The progression issue is currently being investigated.

We're looking into reports of this now. I'll try to get an update shortly on it, but we are actively investigating.

We have a decent number of player support tickets that we're able to review specific accounts to see commonalities in players that this is occurring. Right now, root cause is unclear, but seeing some dupilcation of some contract data that might explain the issues.
