Yes, but we will probably apply that fix shortly after we get confirmation that the service is back in a stable state. We're reducing the amount of changes at the same time to make sure that we don't put ourselves in a worse state.
We're currently in an emergency maintenance for EU to deal with the instability they were seeing earlier. We hope to have this resolved within the hour.
SEA server is also affected
We've reduced game starts in SEA to try to recover without a full restart for the moment.
For NA/LATAM/BR/AP we're investigating players running into issues with game starts over the same period of time.
I hate you all. I saw the skins in Beta and was like;
"Pffft, these all look like they were designed by a blind 12 year old for John Cena, no risk of me getting poor from buying skins."
Then you release and come out with these and the EXE skins.

Does this include error 7? Your page says my account might be suspended but I never played the game before. Anyway I appreciate the response!
I would wager that errors during this time are related to the downtime. Not sure why 7 would be popping up, but it's likely that it's failing to initialize properly.
When will you guys show Phantom some love?? So many good vandal skins and none for phantom... I'm dejected
