Even if you get lucky and get in a game, it will kick you out, or like everyone, kick you in the loading screen

We're currently working on an emergency restart to fix a scaling issue now. We hope this will be brief and can get you all back in game. Apologies for the impact! We are working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Does this include error 7? Your page says my account might be suspended but I never played the game before. Anyway I appreciate the response!

I would wager that errors during this time are related to the downtime. Not sure why 7 would be popping up, but it's likely that it's failing to initialize properly.

Is there any place were you guys share information like this with everyone?

Theres nothing about this on playvalorant.com or twitter.com/PlayVALORANT.

Would be nice not having to search through all those reddit posts in the hopes to find a dev reply.

Usually we dual post on the twitter and on the status page. I was in the middle of troubleshooting and missed making the request earlier. Should be on there at the moment.

Restart is done. There will be a login queue while the rush of players start hopping in.

interesting how NA is working fine with some minor problems and eu has big problems. yea, login que jumping from 150 to 700 seconds

EU's in peak and NA's in early morning. Scale of issues will impact differently with a vast difference in player size.

We're seeing some players get stuck in the login queue. We will reset the queue and increase the rate.

Server queue is constantly resetting in last few seconds of countdown. You guys need to sort that out. Queueing is fine but resetting the timer at 10 seconds is pure trolling.

It's a rough estimate based on total players in queue and rate of players getting in. If we get into a scenario with the queue not draining properly--such as what we were just seeing, this may happen. In normal circumstances it shouldn't constantly refresh.
