I have, but I also switched region. I know region locks are a thing, so I can’t complain about my gun buddies, but I have submitted a ticket about points. I just think it’s kind of stupid to region lock valorant points that I paid for

I'm from oce and I bought the battlepass and I got neither my level 5 nor 10 character unlocks. It still hasn't been fixed for me yet either. Is this still being worked on?
Yes it is. I believe earning should be fixed for most people - it's possible some of your inventories got into a weird state due to the bug & that could impact earning new stuff. We will be looking into that part tomorrow.

My friend and I are both having our mission progress randomly reset or go back to a previous state. Each match it bounces around, like we'll see 4/10 matches played for a mission. Then after that match it'll say 1/10 matches played. Then next match it'll say 4/10 again. Seemingly random.
We're tracking that issue too. It'll be tomorrow before the team can dive into it. Sorry you got hit with it. We initially thought it was a visual bug since post game seemed to be working fine.
The team is working on a fix. If you still are missing it in a few days, can you submit a ticket to player support?
Get a question, I did not get the 1st free agent, but got the 2th one. Now, it have switched to the "agent contract" mode.....Cannot see the free agent anymore.

Same same, any ETA on retroactively earning rewards? Feels really bad to be locked into only the stock agents for the first couple dozen hours I play the game because I spent $10 on the battlepass.

Im in EU and not only i didnt get the rewards i unlocked but even the one im unlocking now are stil unavaiable to me.

When did you last level up and earn one? We had a separate temp issue that’s made it hard to validate
Sorry I know you’re probably repeating yourself. When this patch rolls out we will earn content as it’s achieved via the premier battle pass levels... but what about the levels we’ve already passed, unlocked but haven’t “unlocked” properly due to the bug?
The first step is getting to work for levels not earned yet, second is granting the ones you’ve unlocked already but were impacted by the bug
Missions keep resetting too, might wanna look at that as they're long ass missions to complete and I've done them 3 times over now and they keep resetting

I think what everyone is trying to say is, if the $70 prime collection pack was $15 or $20, way more people would have purchased them. We really do like these skins, but a huge segment of the market is being alienated. Not to mention, the extra costs to upgrade the skins, it soars way past this price.
Those other skins you mentioned, should be in the $2 to $3 range.
The community truly does want to support Valorant, but at these prices, it just doesn't make any sense.
That's fair! More people would buy them. But I would have to disagree with you that those skins are worth $2-3 -- at least compared to other games in the genre. Just my two cents though :)

Maybe I really am in the minority, but I remember saving up the money to buy spirit udyr and I just truly couldn't fathom spending much more than that on a single purchase.
Maybe the miss understanding lies in the value seen per skin.
Looking at the prices it feels the comparison that was drawn by riot was one gun skin roughly equals the value of one champion skin where I feel like a whole set is equal to value as a champion skin.
And those are both 100% valid opinions to have! It just comes down to how you, personally, value the product. A metaphor I've used is comparing it to chocolates. You can go to the grocery store and buy a month's worth of chocolate for like $8. That's an option. You can also go to a chocolatier and buy a really nice piece of chocolate for like $8. That's also an option. For some people, they're like, "WTF. I'm not dropping that much money on a piece of food that I'll enjoy for like 6 seconds." Other people are like, "I don't even want chocolate unless it's super high quality truffles, and that's something I'm willing to pay for." We're leaning more towards the latter. Personally, I'll drop money on high quality chocolate...but I'll never drop more than $10 on a tshirt or something like that. It's all about perspective and what you value, and that's different for everyone. All that said...we always want the gameplay to be 100% free, and we always want players to get at least SOME cool...

I have tried disabling and enabling the settings but makes no difference. I have 144 fps in the lobby or wherever else but when I load into a game it goes to 200+. Not a bad thing at all but thought you'd like to know the setting is acting a little weird.
You know there is a separate frame rate limiter for menus in the settings right? It defaults to 144, that sounds like what's going on here. You can control the limiter separately so your GPU doesn't go into overdrive when in the menus rendering it at like 600FPS.
I have an ocd i5 9600k, 1080(no ti) also OCd and I get 265+ at all times on high why do you need to upgrade again>?
But I do plan on grabbing a 3 series, if I had a 1080ti not sure id need it unless 4k gaming
Yeah I do 4K gaming a lot. I'm partly joking about an upgrade; my computer can still chew through most games. I enjoy a lot of newer singleplayer adventure/shooter games as well and I missed out being able to use RTX on Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
I have a quick question regarding how reporting people who harass via voice chat works. Does RIOT record and monitor the voice chat so that when reports are made, RIOT can hear and punish those who are incredibly toxic?
Some people abuse the fact that in some games, the only thing that can be reported is text chat and go off in voice chat. Are we going to see the same problems here?

I'm not sure exactly what the system is right now...however, I can tell you FOR SURE that the goal is to have not only voice chat recorded for review, but to have AI that can recognize the worst of the worst (like racial slurs) to facilitate reporting systems. We're aware of the loopholes in other games. We're working really, really hard to seal those up in ours :)
