Hello again @AlpineBrisket thank you for sharing this clip. You seem to have had some bad luck with this Coutdown mission of late, on top of your delayed timer.

Whilst the helicopter was unavailable, you seemed to be encountering some stuttering and connection issues in-game which may have caused the helicopter to go invisible for a short amount of time until your connection stabilized.
Did any of your raid party members encounter the same?
Do you often have issues like this in the game, or so far has missing NPCs and objects only affected Countdown for you?
One last question, can you tell us what regional server you play on, in the games menu? Read more

Thank you for also providing these suggestions nongenuine, running the launcher as an admin, is something we would advise on top of running the game as an admin as suggested in our guide, and checking your Windows firewall or anti-virus settings, is a good step to check in case the game, launcher or supporting software is blocked as a threat, preventing it from launching.

Thank you for letting us know you've been unaffected by this graphical glitch Imagine_Brata and thank you for the replies suschunga, we have enough examples of the NPC and weapon appearing glitched, hopefully, we can fix this smaller graphical issue in the game in a future update.

Thank you for providing this potential bug report for the Chirpy battle you encountered @chacachaca13. I will forward this to our Division team to see if they are able to reproduce this.

You mentioned sometimes the bombs will explode and sometimes they don't. Did you encounter this in this one battle, have you been able to take part in this fight against Chirpy more than once and if so, did you encounter the same issue?

Feedback around the capturing of control points and the factions involved has been passed onto our Dev team some time ago. The way this works in the game at the moment is the way this has been designed by the dev team we have been told, but we are not able to go into specifics of why, though I will pass your comments on to the team.

If some of your friends also encountered this issue in your Discord, we would appreciate it if you could please ask them to contact us and create a case like you did. We need to investigate players' accounts on a player-by-player basis and gather screenshots or videos showing that they once had these items in their inventory if they happen to have any clips.
Whilst we do not have the ability to grant lost loot or crafted items back to players, it is important for us to investigate players accounts and understand how many players this could be affecting, so we can ask our Division team to look into this bug. Before we report this to our Division team to be aware of, did you encounter this invisible NPC only once in Countdown?
Did any of your team mates encounter the same disappearing NPC?
Or did you have any connection issues at all during this Countdown mission?

Hello @AlpineBrisket thanks for reporting this issue and providing the video of the countdown timer being delayed.

It looks as though it takes about 15 seconds for the countdown timer to appear in that clip, is this correct, or were you waiting longer, such as before the clip started recording - as you mentioned it sometimes takes 45-60 seconds to appear usually?
I just want to check this detail, before reporting this to our Division team to replicate, thank you.

This issue is still being looked into but we believe we may have a fix planned. We will pass your feedback on to the team involved to consider. We have no official statements to give regarding this exploit, and we have no news of any follow-up's on how this will affect players who used this exploit, when it gets patched out of the game.

Hello @MrHardNails thank you for provising these additional steps to check for 100% CPU usage. We do not recommend overclocking any components in your PC when playing our games as a precaution, which is why we ask players not to use overclocking software such as Afterburner and the like, so thank you for bringing this up with your suggestions.

Here are some steps that helped our Siege players with high CPU usage after a recent update >>
-Check your power options in Windows and set it to High Performance in case of any CPU throttling. Open your Windows Settings, type 'Power Options, select 'Additional Power Settings', then select a High-Performance plan.
Try creating a new power plan in these options and set your maximum use of your CPU to 90% or another lower value, this can prevent your CPU from running at high usage, and will make your GPU work harder instead when playing the game, putting less strain on the CPU.
