Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear you're unable to open the map. It's key that we rule out any local causes first. Could you please try restarting your game / PC and verifying the game's files and let us know if there's any change?As well as confirm if this occurs when using a keyboard / mouse or a controller (please unplug your controller when testing the keyboard). Verifying files can fix some issues and will download or repair any files that may be missing or damaged.

Hello AlpineBrisket, thanks for sharing your experience with this map issue. Hopefully, the original poster has been able to resolve this issue, as they have yet to reply. But please let us know if this happens to you again.

If you are ever able to capture a video of this showing what led up to the map issue occurring such as a lag spike beforehand, please let us know (Xbox Gamebar on WIndows can usually record the last 30 seconds of in-game footage if you enable this in its recording options)

Glad to hear it's resolved. Thanks for letting us know I'm not familiar myself with the Xbox Gamebar settings but according to this it can do up to 30 min.

It is not possible to run a personal Division 2 server. You can only play the game online, and you need to maintain an internet connection for the entire duration of your playtime.
