It's a small thing, but a bug nonetheless:

If you equip a different patch the SHD patch you start the game with disappears and you can't re-equip it.

Mainly today, One crash from launch till today, then today we had to do jefferson's island or w/e it is called the last part of the stronghold many many times because of the crashes. To date from launch I think I have had about 20 crashes, and all but one today

Ok, thanks for the info. Have you submitted a support ticket? I know it can be a hassle but that data goes straight to the devs, so it helps greatly in the long run!

That should be the case, yes.

Customer support can help you restore your character if it was deleted recently (which is the case here).

Title Updates are released for everyone at the same time and if you're able to play right now, you are running the latest version.

If you're pre-loading, which is already possible, you also get the latest version of the game including the Title Updates.

Hopefully people are finding this kind of information on places other than Reddit or buried in the forums. Or maybe you all are Massively omnipresent....

We're active on lots of channels (#AskTheDivision2 on Twitter is a great place to get help) but some are especially good for sharing information which then reaches further, reddit being one of them.

Gamers are generally wonderful people that love to help each other, so posting answers publicly like this often has a great ROI time wise for aiding as many as possible. :)

Check your NVIDIA Geforce Experience and the drivers tab should let you know if you are on the latest drivers, which are 419.35

Thanks for this. During the beta, i actually found having vsync on seemed to help despite having a Gsync monitor (and Gsync enabled). Glad that i should be able to switch that back.

I can't speak for everyone's experience since I can imagine individual monitor hardware can affect this, but it definitely helped in my case (together with changing to borderless windowed).
