The red carpet hideout decoration does actually have blue variants - the blue variations begin from variant 13 onward. :D
To use a hideout decoration variant (just in case you might not know, or for anyone else who wanders along here) you would go into Edit mode in your hideout, put the item on the ground, and while it's selected use your scroll button on your mouse (or Page Up/Down on your keyboard) and it will cycle through the available variations.

It does indeed contain all of the items obtained from the lower tiers of the pack.
If you are contributing any point packs or lower tier packs as an upgrade, the upgrade function would display what is being contributed on the right, under the header "Upgrade from previous transactions:" and would list the parts of that upgrade you have already obtained and will not receive again.
The new items/points you will receive from the upgrade would then be listed under "In addition you receive:".

Sorry for my delay on getting back to everyone about this, we have been discussing with Sony the best way to go about making sure everyone gets their money back from those purchases that should not have been made available on the PSN store.
If you've experienced this error it's because the purchase that was made on your account was for a pack that should not have been made available by Sony on the PSN store. You have purchased one of the intermediate upgrade packs (which should have only been visible in-game once you had purchased the lower pack beneath it). The price of that upgrade pack does not accurately charge the price of the entire Supporter Pack you attempted to purchase.
Due to the way our purchasing and payments work with Sony, we're unable to credit another pack to the account in it's place, and so a refund is the only possible recourse we have.

As Iangyratu and HanSoloDK mentioned, Support have the ability to un-delete recent character deletions that may have been made by mistake, you can email us at [email protected] to request this.
We will need to know both your account name and a current character's name to locate the account, and then the exact name of the character that was deleted so we can locate it for that account. :)

HanSoloDK is correct, any accounts where you may have lost access to the email address it was associated with will need to go through a thorough verification process before we can consider making any changes.

Depending on the email address you are trying to add, it may be possible that the email address is already in use on another Path of Exile account.
An email address can only be used on one account at a time. If you suspect this may be the case, we are happy to delete the empty/extra account for you to free up the email address. Please just email us at [email protected] with your request. :D

In order to play Path of Exile on the PC client when you have exclusively played on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One versions you would need to create a new account, I'm afraid.
It's not possible to login and play the PC version on an existing PlayStation 4 account, as the different platforms are completely different accounts. I apologise for any inconvenience!

I'm afraid HanSoloDK is correct - we don't have the permissions to make any changes to a Garena user account.
If you'd like to make changes to a Path of Exile account that was previously connected to the Garena service we may be able to help with that. You can make those requests to our Support team at [email protected] - please provide us with the account name and 1-2 character names on the account when you email and we can locate the account. :)

You will need to contact us from the email address associated with your Path of Exile account (which may be different to the email address used for your Steam profile created with Valve, as they are separate accounts).
