In order to play Path of Exile on the PC client when you have exclusively played on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One versions you would need to create a new account, I'm afraid. It's not possible to login and play the PC version on an existing PlayStation 4 account, as the different platforms are completely different accounts. I apologise for any inconvenience!
