Hey, I'm not the brightest of people which is why I'm posting this. I had a character I was testing a build with which I accidentally deleted. I tried using ubisoft support but the "select issue" button was greyed out even though all boxes were filled. I saw someone else post the same issue here about 2 months ago and thought I'd try ask to get the lost items back and learn how to actually use support.

As Iangyratu and HanSoloDK mentioned, Support have the ability to un-delete recent character deletions that may have been made by mistake, you can email us at [email protected] to request this.We will need to know both your account name and a current character's name to locate the account, and then the exact name of the character that was deleted so we can locate it for that account. :)
