- Description: Client not reading accept match (1st link), friends sees notification like I didn't accept, while I see the notification on the link. Timing out after match (2nd link), 99% of the time after the match ends, the client times out and requires to log back in.

What on earth is going on with this fucking client... it barely even usable. i cant interact with half of my friendlist because everytime i click a name in my friendlist and this little dropdown menu appears, as soon as you hover stuff like ''view profile'' the dropdown menu straight up disappears. it will not allow you to view a profile other than typing names into the client manually. where the fck is all that money going to? wasnt there ''big epic client clean up'' bs going on years ago? heck the freaking OG client back in the days was better than this piece of shit software. ever played dota2? you should really start the game for once... their client feels like 2000 years from the future compared to this shit, you can do SO MANY things, that are simply mindblowing ...and riot a multi billion dollar company cant create a client that can do the most BASIC things.. without bugs.

The menu bug will be fixed next patch

Type- Game Load in bug

Description- Everything works fine until champ select hits 0, once champ select hits 0 it crashes my game to the reconnect screen.

If I click reconnect it either doesn’t do anything or it basically makes everything blacked out except for the tabs like “overview, coven, TFT, etc”. Then my friends list is fine.

Steps. I start up a match, any match, once the champ select goes 0. The problem occurs.

Expected result- I get into a game

Observed result- I’m stuck outside of a game and my client is broken.

Reproduction rate- at least 3 times

System specs.

Processor- Ryzen 7 5800X

GPU- RTX 2060 Super

SSD- Samsung 860 evo

RAM- 16 GBs of ram, Gskill 3200 Mhz, 2 sticks of 8 gbs each.

I’ve re-rolled the Nvidia drivers from September 2020, and then when that didn’t work I’ve tried the newest drivers available but this didn’t fix the issue.

I’ll see if I can snap a picture, but some of my friends have inappropriate names and I don’t know how to upload the files either way

Here are things I’ve tried doing to fix.

*restarting pc, changing drivers, signing out, full repairing league, completely deleting league and reinstalling, unhooked my router and rehooked.

I do see something called “League Crash handler”.

EDIT. Ok, after 3 tries of joining matches the third and 4th one went through. I didn’t do anything specific to fix it. Even after the things I’ve tried the problem still occurred. It randomly fixed itself. I’m going to keep this up either way so admins can try and look to see that the problem was there .

•Description: every time i want to launch the game and log in the client appears completely black and i can’t interact with it at all i cant even close the client manually i have to close it from task manager.

•Reproduction rate: 10/10 happens all the time

•Steps to reproduce: Launch the game on your desktop, the logo appears and after a while the client appears completely black and non intractable

•Expected result: the client should launch properly and let me log into the game

•Observed result: the client appears in a black screen

This bug happened only 2 times so far. The first time 8 days ago, when I reported the bug, and after 28 games, yesterday it happened again. I don't know if this is related, but one of my friends had a bad internet connection, and kept disconnecting. After the game ended (we surrendered, but I don't think it matters) we saw the "don't wait for statistics" message. We disbanded the lobby and we created a new one. We could not start the queue because an error message kept popping up when the leader of the group pressed "find match". We all experienced this bug once, so we simply decided not to play anymore for the rest of the evening.
Unfortunately I don't remember the error message (also I have the client in italian). I was kinda upset because we couldn't play anymore.

Even if i have no proof, I think this bug affects all 10 people involved in the game.

does not work. my client is already in low-spec mode.

one thing I noticed is that the rune animations and sound effects are enabled even in low-spec mode and that's what might be causing the bug. before the 11.17 update these features were disabled according to the low-spec settings, now i can't turn them off.

I've had low spec mode on since before the patch, I also checked if it was still on after the update (which it was), and also tried turning it off then on to see if it made any difference, but I still keep having this issue.

Description: In both champion select or in the runes section of the client, the whole game freezes and takes about 30 seconds to let me interact with the runes and change them, and any click or interaction with it has a MASSIVE delay. Also The spoil window is on an infinite loading screen not allowing you to see any available item fragments

Steps to reproduce: Go into any game of SR or ARAM and edit runes, or go to the runes page within the client and try to edit them. Open the spoil window

Expected result: The runes page loads correctly in the normal and allows the player to change them with no lag or delay. The spoil window load correctly.

Observed result: The runes page takes a Massive amount of time to load and lags the whole game. The Spoil window does'nt load.

Reproduction rate: 100%

System specs: Intel Celeron, 2GB RAM, Windows 10

Apart from the multitude of problems the new client has, it also inexpicably expires session? In game there's literally nothing wrong but the client is so broken that the session expired is much more frequent like every game after or even just opening the client

This usually happens when the client tries to connect repeatedly over 5 minutes and if it can't secure a connection after that time, it will show the session expired modal. Do you have a stable internet connection?

• Description: When visiting any profile the lighting of the background picture is darker than it should be

• Reproduction rate: 10/10

• Steps to reproduce: Visit any profile and pay close attention the the lighting. It gets darker after a second

• Expected result: Normal lighting

• Observed result: Everytime when freshly clicking on my profile the background skin picture gets darker after 1 second.

This is actually intended for right now. We had a really nasty bug and the best way to fix it is to remove some of the banner animations in profile and Lobbies. This should be fixed for the most part next patch. Nice observation!

• Description: After finishing a summoner's rift game, it closes the game client and then pulls up a lobby client which is all black and unresponsive. Closing that with task manager then brings up the expected "honor your teammate" screen.

• Reproduction rate: It happened in 2/2 of the games I played today. It did not happen before this patch.

• System specs: AMD radeon hd 6800, amd a6-3640 apu, 4 gigs of ram, installed on ssd. I have it set to close the client when I'm in game.

This is known right now. Your client is closing during the game to save memory and then when you return, it takes a bit for the league client to recover. Generally if you leave it for like 30 seconds it should recover. If it's not.. can you DM your League Client logs? This should be improved next patch.

• Description: I ended a game, and after i clicked on "don't wait for statistics" i now i see "reconnect". But if I do so, the "game" is only a black screen... Even ALT + F4 or closing and re-opening the game does not fix the problem.
