Type of Bug:Client Bug Description: Runes keep resetting to a certain state *Every time i restart the game the runes change to a specific configuration of them (3 pages and some runes that i used at that time)

Yes I had to reboot as if I am just starting to play. A complete crash on its own without a warning or anything.
Was Riot Client still open? Like if you were to have 'stay signed in' unchecked, would it have you login again or would you just see the play button in Riot Client?

Type of Bug: Client and Game bug
Description: The lower side of the screen (around 20%) can't be clicked, the mouse loses focus of the window. If Fullscreen mode is activated when playing, clicking any part of that section of the screen can minimize the game. On the client, it's difficult to click the buttons to edit your runes or to "Play Again" after a match. On the game, it's impossible to click your own abilities and you can have difficulties trying to move the camera to the south.

Hmmm I've seen reports like this before but I don't think it has to do with the League or Game client. Could it be a windows issue?
EUW, my client is has just closed 2 times during champ select on its own resulting into 2 dodges that made me lose master promos. Anyone else has same issue?
Did the client crash and you had to reboot it? Was Riot client still open when this happened?

Out of curiosity, what game mode were you playing? Do you see this behavior in all game modes or just a specific one?
Nope im not. I think the problem is about the low spec mode. Before the client patch there were no rune page animations in low spec mode but after the patch even if u activate low spec mode there are animations in rune page.
We have a fix for the animations in the next patch
I use mobalytics. Lately been getting ping spikes as well that are less frequent if I close the app.

Good to know. I'd be curious if it does happen again, if it could somehow be related to the client competing with mobalytics. Trying to see if theres any connection.
Same rune page problem. Just cancel those animations dude it is not that hard. Low spec mode is not working.

Classic euw bug is back.
Finished a game, got skip waiting for stats for a few minutes i finally clicked it, now I cant queue for a game because : you are already in game. If I reconnect to the client, I get the reconnect screen although the game finished. Conclusion, I cant do anything my account is blocked now.

• Description: For several months I've been getting this annoying message that pops up whenever I login to my account and I cannot permanently get rid of it to stop showing whenever I login. Sometimes the box doesn't even have text it's just blank and won't let me click ok so I have to resign in a couple of times for it actually show text then allow me to continue by clicking ok. With the latest update patch 11.18 the blackbox without an ok button sign appears right after a match and i have to resign in every game because of it. I've tried tweaking my settings but nothing works in getting rid of this. I play on mac laptop for reference

- Description: every time I go in to a champ select I lose connection. Been happening since last patch. If I'm luck I reconnect and get through, but if not I dodge. So far I've had to do some troubleshooting to see what could work, and all my accounts are on a 12 hour cd :) Feel like I should add that if I get into game, my connection is as stable as it was pre patch. Disconnect only happens in champ select specifically. I am in contact with support, but so far nothing has worked. Will update if we find a solution
