Yeah the auto response will say that first, we've got tickets in a line to be answered to have the quest reset now. They are working their way towards them!
u/Ladydevann any news on this? Seems to be more common than first thought and I did hope that it would have made it to today's patch.. me and my friends aren't going to go back to the game until it's fixed.

As others have said if you found the photo before the quest you'll have to submit a ticket to have the quest reset. Right now we have a lot of tickets to dig through so it may take some time to get to you but they will answer you as soon as they can!

Hey, I’m on PS4 and some of my PlayStation friends aren’t showing up in my in game friends list, but I’m on theirs. We’ve tried power cycling, unfriendlng and readding each other but nothing works.
We could connect fine before Wastelanders, can’t find much online except a similar bug going back a year with no fix

The responses I’ve gotten took 2-9 hours to get to me and they all told me how to power cycle my console and if I was still having issues i was to submit a ticket to feedback, which would get no reply. Which of course didn’t help. But since you said it’s with an agent now I feel less annoyed about earlier tickets. Thank you for your time.

How come my previous Tickets were responded with a irrelevant message from what seemed like a bot and not an actual person? Will this ticket also get the same treatment or will it actually be a human?
You should have got an automatic response immediately to show we have the ticket in, but your ticket is with an agent now.

I did, and in hindsight saw an NPC shooting an Explosive LMG. But I thought nothing of it. I logged off due to being unable to respawn.
I can’t speak for her though. I just thought it was related because we both noticed missing gear around the same time.
I was going to screen shot it, but unfortunately didn’t.

Can you DM me that ticket number and everything you can remember leading up to the point of the armor disappearing? Any info that can help us reproduce this and narrow things down will help tremendously.
