Strange Bedfellows Bug (No Photo)

As title states, never got the photo but it wants me to look at the back of it. It never let me search the desk, it straight up skipped that objective. I have relogged, I have power cycled my Ps4. Support hasn’t done anything to help besides the ole turn it off and back on again. I literally can’t continue the story and this fucking sucks.

How come my previous Tickets were responded with a irrelevant message from what seemed like a bot and not an actual person? Will this ticket also get the same treatment or will it actually be a human?

You should have got an automatic response immediately to show we have the ticket in, but your ticket is with an agent now.

The responses I’ve gotten took 2-9 hours to get to me and they all told me how to power cycle my console and if I was still having issues i was to submit a ticket to feedback, which would get no reply. Which of course didn’t help. But since you said it’s with an agent now I feel less annoyed about earlier tickets. Thank you for your time.
