Tried opening and reading it in every possible way. Even dropped it and picked it up again and changed servers couple of times in the last few days. Have been to a certain someones Memorial but tape not showing up...
Mm might be it. Guess i have to wait for that then.. At least gives me plenty of time to do the allies, or at least their quests 😀
As others have said if you found the photo before the quest you'll have to submit a ticket to have the quest reset. Right now we have a lot of tickets to dig through so it may take some time to get to you but they will answer you as soon as they can!
