Hey there! Just checked in on this and it looks like we have a fix coming in a future update.
I too cannot file a ticket, any attempt to attach a screenshot just refreshes the whole page and puts me back on the screen to select which game I want to file a ticket about. u/ladydevann
This is on Windows 10 ver 2004, using Chrome 83.0.4103.97 tried with and without extensions enabled.

I've been dropping random extra plans I have at the end of the event, it's like a nice little surprise for whoever gets it!
I have only tried Edge Chromium, and the default Edge the issue persists. The site also refreshes if I attempt to alt+tab to another window.
I could attempt to capture this on video if it would help.
Another question, have you cleared your browser cache and cookies lately?

While today's hotfix addressed the duplication issue, you may find some unintended items in your displays and vending machines. We advise you to look at your inventory to ensure the correct items are listed for sale and on display. After you remove these items they will no longer be on display or listed for sale unless you reassign them. Thank you for your patience.

This is a known issue we're working on for a future patch.
Check again if you do not see it. We rolled out a fix for that this morning!
What platform are you on and what is your bethesda.net name?
So after the latest update some of the backpacks now have clipping issues.
Know anything when the backpacks are going to get fixed?
We're looking into all these reports and hope to have an update for you on this soon!

I had the exact same problem when decorating earlier best course of action is to Submit a ticked to Bethesda support. u/ladydevann any chance you could notify bethy to this issue?
