As the game is already live it will likely be a maintenance and then the expansion is ready to go. We're still working out the details but will let you know once we have all set in.

Looking through this subreddit and forums I noticed this blueprint bug has existed since October but no mention of anything. I just submitted a support ticket as well since this only seems to be affecting new agents.
Yes, we're aware. I don't think we have talked about it on State of the Game again, so let me look up what the devs found out. I know it was a peculiar issue that required some more investigation. Thanks for bringing it up again.

As said on State of the Game, we are working on it but currently pre-order is not available for PS4. The game will release on March 3rd on PlayStation 4.
A bit confused...So we don't get any of the Twitch Drop items or the skin from the Tommy Hunt or whatever until the expansion launches?
The drops rewards and the Tommy rewards are live already. When you login you'll find them in your Apparel inventory.

For the drops we had for the reveal stream, we will be giving them to all players that login from today on until March 3rd.

How does the power gap between GS1 and GS500 translate into a singular level 30? Going from GS1 to GS500 is a bigger jump from simply going one level to another, so I'd imagine Level 30 would be a spike in power or it would just be compacted/nerfed? Also, since non-WNY players can progress their GS to 515, how does the extra 15 GS translate when they finally enter WNY?
I don't quite understand the first part of your questions, maybe you can elaborate a bit more?
In terms of Gear Score going to New York: Level 31 items will be stronger than Gear Score 515 items.

It was mentioned that during a season there is a ManHunt campaing with a Target which drops a Skill variant. I wanted to ask you: what happens if we miss the target during the season ? can we acquire the skill variant afterwards ?
The goal is to give you a gameplay way to get the Skill afterwards. We're not 100% set on how that's going to work, so we're happy to hear feedback.
It's not really a free track if it's not free for all owners of the game though. It's a premium on top of another premium.
It's a free track for all Warlords of New York players. If you don't buy the expansion you don't have access to Seasons.

so how do you activate it in game?
You have to log in with the character you want to boost and then navigate to the store. Under "Addons" you find the boost and can apply it. If you have a brand new agent you might need to fulfill some other steps but that should be outlined in the boost UI.
Hey you probably already answered this question but it seems that a lot of twitch viewers (with linked profile of course) are still missing the drops from yesterday, it's not like it's the end of the world but do you know anything about it?
We didn't run the promotion from Massive so let me ask some people. I think it can take up to 48 hours before they are delivered.
