Hello can u look the problem with raid activity summary, it is broken since TU6 u cant see sub group 2 numbers, sometimes it doesnt show anything

Thanks for letting us know. If you're experiencing other bugs please feel free to post on our official forums and give us as much detail as possible.

As I don't spend the majority of my time on reddit if I'm not investigating a specific topic, like the latency reports in this case, the forums are often times better because we have more staff checking in on the reports.

If you go to your Crafting Bench you can see what blueprints are available and it gives you hints where to find them.

Ok that totally makes sense but would it be possible to add a balaclava or something underneath? and I’m gonna sound like an asshole but there Facial Hair on the Russian tank NVGs and the SWAT and Ballistic helmets so how hard could it be for the Technician NVGs which is almost just a mixture of both ?

I'm not the best person to answer the details of that question. From what I've been told we have a limited budget that can be used by any apparel. In some cases this budget is larger than in others and therefore requires other parts of the appearance to be removed.

The mask is one of those and we won't be able to add anything easily.

Due to technical limitations it won't be possible to show the facial hair for that mask (and many others). While the team is trying to work around it, it will likely not be something we can adjust short term.

TLDR; Massive says the 4min raid time on PC is staying.

Everyone knows 4min is impossible without blatant cheating/exploits, yet Massive says it is staying. The group of people who got the 4min have admitted it was unintentional and caused by one of their members disconnecting at some point and the timer bugging out. The players say the submitted a help ticket to Ubi/Massive requesting the time be removed. But Ubi/Massive decided to give a huge middle finger to the entire community and let this illigitmate time stand.

Hey! Sorry for the confusion here. I think the message on the forums hasn't really captured our current stance on this issue, so let me rephrase what we're currently looking at.

  • The time looks very short and rather impossible and we're investigating it.
  • We want to figure out what exactly happened and therefore need to look into the data and other surrounding factors to determine that.
  • We have to make sure if there's a bug with what times are reported to the leaderboard, so we can fix it.
  • Removing the time without the steps above might just lead to further issues with the leaderboards which we want to avoid.

Now, we're also not accusing anybody of purposefully exploiting a bug or cheating before we don't have everything figured out. If we do find that agents involved in the time purposefully cheated or exploited they will also be punished. When we can confirm that the time is 100% illegitimate and we can safely remove it, we will do so.

We don't have any updates on Survival coming to the game. We know players are excited about different modes and different aspects of modes and it's feedback we keep in mind for future updates. Nothing concrete to tell you at the moment.

Just wanted to add that we're currently still testing the fixes for Kenly College. We'll update you early next week on the progress.

Honestly the bad apples here is massive for being so over the top PC. Just grow a pair. It’s an 18+ game. Hiding behind a lame excuse that you can’t change it is bullshit. You are the creators.

And as the creators we have the responsibility to make sure players can still feel safe or at least have the option to make it feel as safe as they can. You might think growing a pair is equivalent of not wanting to deal with such nonsense but it's not.

This is something that we probably won't be able to change. It's somewhat silly in a lot of cases and then needed in others. From what I understand we don't have the full control over all the lists that control these words (take that with a grain of salt, I only had a couple of conversations here and I don't mean that to blame other teams outside of Massive).

In the end a couple of bad apples will always ruin the fun (or the normality) of the majority. We'll talk more with the teams here internally if we can make some of these restrictions a little less weird.

Lastly I just want to say that it is different if somebody you're chatting with is throwing offensive words at you or if it's a NPC, so the mature language filter does make sense.

Hey! The Technician doesn't have an outfit. You are supposed to get a Helmet for unlocking it but it seems that delivery is currently not working.

On top of it there's an exotic Specialization Weapon Skin available in the premium track of the Special Field Research.

edit I previously had incorrectly said it's a mask instead of a helmet.

To double check: These are just common talents not talents from the new named items? Perfect items cannot be recalibrated.

Hey, can you guys check if the hard drive can have some impact on audio issues? I replaced the original PS4 HDD with SSD couple weeks ago and since then I had not a single audio issue while before it was happening all the time with audio cutting out, gunfire sound getting stuck and after some time all audio completely disappearing. I still have the original HDD untouched, I could switch it back and check how it works, though I'll need to update PS4 system and the game first.

Hard Drives can have an impact, yes. The speed of which files are read can help with some of the audio issues. It's why we're doing a bigger pass on how these are delivered to you while playing.

Hey! Thanks for the reports. Can you guys DM me your Uplay/Ubisoft, PSN and/or XBOX account names, please? We'd like to look into the accounts to see what's causing this.

PS4, I have a screenshot of everything prior to TU6. I lost a lot of keys from fragments, 11k.

The purple keys were supposed to convert to 3 blue keys each per the notes. (46x3=138).

EDIT: The 3 gold keys were supposed to be 5 blue keys each (15).

I only have my original 45.

Hey! Can you DM me your PSN and Uplay/Ubisoft username? We'd like to take a look at the account to see if we can identify what happened.

Hey! Is this after longer periods of time or quite immediately? We're currently working on more fixes for the audio cutting out after several hours of gameplay but they weren't ready for TU6.

If you can provide me with a little more detail (what you're doing, how long you've been playing, co-op vs solo) that'd be great. I want to make sure this is connected to the issues we're working on and not something new or something that won't be covered by the work that's currently being done.

Thanks guys, I know these issues are very annoying so I appreciate the reports.

What the heck? Dude, that's incredible commitment. Well... done...? :D

Thanks, we're looking into this.

something we are looking at but not something that will be coming any time soon.

Which means after doing all the TU6 content once, there's little reason for many of us to keep playing. We're tired of the loot being absolute garbage and being junked/sold because the stats are all terribad.

We're not asking for God rolls every time we pick something up, but we'd like to not just junk 99.99999999999% of everything we pick up because we need to reroll 2+ attributes to make the items work. Because we can't reroll 2 attributes. Hell, we'll take middling rolls on the attributes at this point, but your RNG loves to throw everything as low as possible at 500 GS... almost like it's been weighted to force lower rolls more often to force players to just keep playing to hope for a semi-decent roll.

It would mean a large overhaul of the system (from what I understand from my conversations with the dev team a complete revamp and therefore completely new "code") and it's not an easy feat.

I don't doubt it would be a large overhaul. But this loot system wasn't the players' idea. On paper I'm sure RNG on top of RNG on top of RNG on top of RNG ad nauseum sounds like a great way to avoid power creep, because not every player will have good gear, so the devs don't have to worry about making new gear that much more powerful to make up for it. However, in practice it does nothing but turn players off to the game; as they go for loot and find almost all of it is shit, they get disillusioned, bored, and frustrated and leave the game. Ask Ice-T about why he felt he hit the wall in your game and quit. Here's a hint: the bad loot was a big part of it.

The idea that gear score shouldn't be a measure of the quality of the loot, but instead just how much it can be recalibrated is a bad idea. Period. It makes no sense that you can get better rolls on everything except armor on a 465 GS item than a 500 GS item. None. Oh, sure, you may not be able to recalibrate that 465 GS item's rolls up to max, but the fact that the base rolls are still better than well over 90% of the same item's rolls at 500 GS is a major issue.

You're losing players. Whether it's how long content is taking to come out, or the horribad loot... well, it's probably a mixture of both. I tried doing daily missions Saturday, in the middle of the day in the US, and it took the matchmaking forever to find people. We tried doing the raid on Saturday, and it took over an hour to find enough people with the Xbox LFG tool... when we used to have to turn people away/put them on standby in case someone left. And the longer it takes your dev team to even address the fact that the loot system is beyond broken at end game (low attribute rolls on 99.999999999% of every 500 GS item, forced clan hopping for decent rolls to move to other items, weapons that do less damage than lower GS items of the same weapon, etc.), the more players you will lose.

I bought The Division on both the Xbox One and PC, both at the $90 version. After playing the beta for The Division 2 I thought "OK, maybe they have learned" and bought the $90 Xbox One version. I don't care, now, if The Division 3 is the best looter shooter ever made, and your dev team has finally learned from the last 3 years of mistakes; I will not be buying any further Massive developed games. You've broken my trust to an irreparable degree. And I'm sure I'm not alone.

Thanks for your feedback. I understand there's frustrations with several aspects and that's fair. We're continuing our support for The Division 2 and we do think that TU6 is making large improvements to the game. I'm sorry it's not what you were expecting / wanting from the game and that the RNG is something that frustrates you a lot.

Cheers, at this time I always get confused on who uses what summer / daylight savings / standard time.

I am incredibly surprised that this is such a complex issue. Theoretically the system should be set up to roll numbers based on certain value ranges, and simply tweaking those ranges would be sufficient to largely fix the problem. Currently the ranges are just too large (over 90% difference between lowest and highest value). Simply narrowing those would go a very long way, and it should be as easy as changing a few numbers. If it requires a significant code rewrite, it sounds like your guys did something terribly wrong.

From what I understand this solution wouldn't fix the issue players have with the system and might cause some other issues. I'm not the best person to explain the details as I don't have the expertise in the system itself but from what I've been told it's not something a simple switch in numbers can solve.
