Hey there if you DM me your Nintendo Network ID I can have our live ops folks look into this. If Overwatch has never worked for you this may be due to compatibility issues with your wireless router. If it has worked for you previously it may be some network issues between you and our servers.

Thanks Bill! Please take a look at custom settings per controller type and auto detection of the current controller type at some point? It's impossible to "switch" between handheld/pro/detached modes without editing the settings *every* time I dock and undock!

Performance on all platforms is super important to us. We’ve fixed a few common client crashes, and did a lot of work on performance in the patches. We will keep this effort up, and appreciate all feedback! It really helps us know where to focus.

No max. Loot boxes are generated when you acquire them, so that counter is just looking at ones with a flag that says you haven’t “opened” it yet.
This can happen when Battle.net is having issues. If it didn’t resolve please hit up our customer service. Sorry for the hassle.

None of it was transferred. Early Overwatch also had ability trees, but that system wasn’t carried over either.

Hey there our top crash on the Nintendo Switch platform is due to running out of video memory in certain circumstances. We have a patch that will be out tomorrow that helps reduce the chance this will occur.
Sorry for the hassle, we’re going to keep working hard to fix any issues we see.

I think they can drop Tuesdays or Thursdays these days. It sea those are just their 2 windows for ptr patches at this point in time.
For what it’s worth live game and PTR updates could happen on any day. We like Tuesday for live game because we could react more easily if there’s a catastrophic bug found.
Hey there, internally we’re testing a fix for a crash that can occur due to running out of video memory in certain circumstances. We expect to have this out with the next major patch, which is 1.42.0.0.

Hey there do you get a pop up from the blizzard error reporter when you crash? If so please post the big ID that is shown to you here and I can look into it more.
Nearly all crashes on PC are related to overlays from popular chat software. Try turning those off first and see if it helps. Cheers!
Hey there credit loss is something we take seriously. Please get a ticket in with customer service and they have a detailed log of all credit changes on your account. In nearly all cases when we investigate there was a forgotten purchase, so hopefully we can dig in with you and get you sorted.
