I stopped playing for one week and now I lost 2000 ingame credits. I've spoken to people on the Battle.net-Forum and on the ingame-general-chat. I'm not the only one who has lost some coins.
Has anyone here also lost some ingame-coins?
Hey there credit loss is something we take seriously. Please get a ticket in with customer service and they have a detailed log of all credit changes on your account. In nearly all cases when we investigate there was a forgotten purchase, so hopefully we can dig in with you and get you sorted.
