I’ve played OW for ages and never had a problem but since the new update I’ve had multiple crashes ( mainly towards the end of a game ) and dropped frame rates . I’ve lowered my graphics setting but I still have the problem. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue ? Any advice would help :)
Hey there do you get a pop up from the blizzard error reporter when you crash? If so please post the big ID that is shown to you here and I can look into it more.
Nearly all crashes on PC are related to overlays from popular chat software. Try turning those off first and see if it helps. Cheers!
