My Battlefront II copy is the Polish version which only has Polish language, but CE upgrade lists all languages (including English). Would purchasing the upgrade add support for other languages or will it be stuck with Polish only still?

Your language would remain as Polish only, it's an SKU thing, not an upgrade thing unfortunately. The upgrade adapts to the initial SKU that you purchased, which in your case is a Polish / Russian variant, I believe.
If I get the Celebration Edition through Origin Access Premier - what happens to the unlocked skins if my subscription runs out?
Those skins would become locked once again until you decide to renew your subscription or purchase the upgrade.

The Celebration Edition should go live in under an hours time, we were focusing on ensuring a smooth rollout of the patch/update before the edition is live :)
You are able to buy the Celebration Edition as a standalone, or for a discounted price purchase the upgrade. You will be able to find both variants on your relevant platform store shortly. (Xbox Store, PSN, Origin)
What about vehicle AI?
Nothing to share on this at the moment, I know we have talked about it in the past - we're still working on it. Will fire through a ping to Ben to see if we can provide an update on where we're at on it all :)
If i buy it, will i lose last jedi skins? Its an entire new download (like a new game) or a small patch?
No, you will still retain the Last Jedi skins. It is an upgrade, it adds ontop of the content you have unlocked already - not detracts.
What happens with Premier users once the sub runs out? Do we lose the upgrade?

Once the updates are out on all platforms and we're happy with the stuff we're seeing, we will look towards pushing the update live. Xbox is about to have it's update rollout, should be a little while after that!
