I recommend a much larger pagefile and it's better to not split it. With 64 GB of RAM I'd set it to at least 64 GB, but you can go for 128 GB just fine. Just make sure it's on a drive that has that much free space.

Firstly please do NOT copy paste logs in posts here. They are way too long to fit in a response. :)
Now for your issue. You're running out of RAM, and you already have a 32 GB pagefile that's full. In that case you should really remove some workshop assets. You have more than your system can handle.
For 8 GB of RAM I recommend you try and stick to less than 1000 workshop assets. Read more

Not quite. The way things work is that processing buildings send out a request for resources. Warehouses can then respond - if they have trucks available.
Meanwhile warehouses will aim to stay at a level according to their settings. If they're too full they will export, if they're too empty they will import (if possible). I recommend you read the guide I linked. I know it's a bit long, but it explains how everything works, and why having enough storage is so important. :) Read more

Hmm, thanks for help but... I added folder Cities to safe (In Kaspersky) but... Paradox Launcher? Hmm is it any possible i havent this launcher? Or maybe it's in Cities Skylines and If i reinstaled Cities, I installed Paradox Launcher automatically?
Thanks in advance

Try and add these to the exceptions as well.
dowser.exe (in the Steam CSL folder)
C:/users/%username%/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2020.16/paradox launcher.exe
C:/users/%username%/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/bootstrapper-v2.exe
The Paradox Launcher is separate from Cities and installed elsewhere. It should install once you press Play in Steam, but on occation there's a problem with the installation process. We've also seen some antivirus apps mark them as fal... Read more

Ohh, sorry to brother you again, but i have problem with Paradox account, on page, i need to verify E-mail (i was playing Cities normal and i don't need to verify before but ok...) and.. i havent e-mail. I'm waiting very long and I haven't it's only "to cointinue, please verify E-mail adress" but i can't, maybe a had this e-mail before few years, and i deleted? :/ I have problem now. I'm trying to refreshing but i think I should get e-mail after 1-2minutes.

Try and check your spam folder (or any other folders your inbox might have - I have had Paradox mails end up in Promotions in gmail). If there's nothing there, it might simply be a case of waiting. If the servers are little overloaded, it can take a while for emails to be sent out. And with the game havi... Read more

Check your storages, they are probably full or close to full with all trucks busy exporting. You need more storage until you have at least a few of each type set to Balanced, that do not get full and always have a handful of trucks available.

We'll need to see the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) to see what's causing it. Here's where to find the log depending on your operating system. To easily find the local files for the game, right click your game in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab and select Browse local files.
Windows
\SteamApps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt
Mac OS X
Users//Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
Linux
~/.config/unity3d/Colossal Order/Cities: Skylines/Player.log
As we can't attach files here on Steam, you will need to upload the file somewhere else. Here's a few sites you can upload it to, which do not require you to sign up first:
https://uploadfiles.io/ - free, no sign-up, can handle large log files
https://paste.ee/ - fast, no sign-up required (some log files will be too large for it though)
https://zerobin.net/ - bit clunky, but can handle huge files, no sign-up required Read more
Are you using any mods? Most mods are designed for the simulation and break things in the editors. For that reason it's always best to disable all mods you don't absolutely need when doing anything in the editors.
If you don't need any mods, you can easily disable them all with the -disableMods launch option in Steam.
This is usually a Steam connection issue. Log out of Steam, shut it down completely, restart Steam and log back in. That usually forces it to connect properly.
Since Steam doesn't show you as owning the game, I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume you got it on Epic. In that case please update your video driver from the vendor's website.
IF that doesn't help also go here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
And run the x86 and x64 installers there.

I also think it’s not the mods. I removed the suggested ones and did not fix the problem.
I will follow your advice and redo all bus transport lines. But what I don't understand is how long bus lines can interfere with metro lines, for example, they are also failing or disappearing. So it is with monorails and trains. I have even remade the city's three line replaced by subway, and I left it for cargo only.
So I think it is something bigger than the complexity of the bus lines.
Thanks also for indicating the tutorials, I will watch.

Metro (and train) lines usually fail because of too sharp angles. Since Sunset Harbor we can't have sharp turns for metro, they need smooth curves similar to trains. So look at intersections and tracks connecting to the stations and make sure they're all smooth curves to avoid issues. Read more

I have Citrix on my computer if this helps identify the problem and helps define the solution.

Please don't copy/paste logs into comments here. The long ones don't fit anyways. :)
Good news is it's definitely Citrix causing it. See this thread for a few workarounds so you can have both the game and Citrix installed and working. :)

Hmm, so it's a new problem. RAM usage is not much lower with a blank map, but CPU and GPU usage will be lower.
Does it also happen with the -noWorkshop and -disableMods launch options in Steam on a new map?
How To Set Launch Options
  • Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
  • Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
  • Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code with a space) and click OK. Should look like this:
    -noWorkshop -disableMods
  • Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

Hmm, I wonder if it's your power supply struggling to keep up then. Cities has a tendency to push the CPU more than most things do, while also using the GPU and RAM. It wouldn't be the first time that it's the first indication of a failing power supply or one that's just a little too weak for the whole system.
Is it a prebuilt PC or one you have built/upgraded yourself?

The log shows the graphics card throwing some errors, but it should perfectly capable of running the game (it's significantly better than mine, which does well :P). Two things come to mind, first is we need to check the temperatures to see it isn't overheating. You can use a program like Speccy to check both before starting the game and while the game runs. How hot does it get?
Another issue could be the driver, so doing a clean install of the latest driver from nvidia.com is a good idea, especially if temperatures look perfectly fine. Read more
The best way for us to determine why the game crashes is to have a look at the output_log.txt (called player.log on Mac and Linux) to see what's causing it.

It looks like you're running out of memory. Try setting up a custom sized pagefile of 32 GB (32000 MB since pagefiles are listed in MB). Here's how that's done:
