Just use the upgrade tool like you would on roads. It doesn't take that long to go through a whole map and upgrade to the new tracks you'd rather use. :)
No problem! It's just good to hear it was a simple fix. ^^
You are missing a required item, namely Fine Road Anarchy 2. :)
A good trick when you run into problems like this, is to check the description of the item you are having problems with. It's super easy to forget how things work, even when you play regularly, but most mods and assets have nice descriptions on the workshop, that explain all of that. :)
The tram tab just got pushed over one spot to make room for the trolley buses. If you don't see it at all, check your DLCs in Steam to make sure Snowfall hasn't been accidentally disabled.
The game has what's typically called "unbunching" to space out any public transport vehicles. It does this at every stop, which is why you might see a bus sit at a stop longer than it takes for passengers to get on and off. It does take a while for the whole line to be spaced out, and traffic can mess it up again, if vehicles get stuck in red lights or busy intersections.
Improved Public Transport 2 also has unbunching, which if I remember correctly is more agressive than the game's own unbunching. So if you'd like, you can always give the mod a try and see if it gives a better result.
It might also be worth looking at traffic in your city and work on any areas that are congested, so that vehicles stay somewhat unbunched between stops. Read more
Quays use the shoreline to figure out which way they should face. With Quay Anarchy we don't need to place them on shorelines, and so they don't know which way to face. If you plan to have them sit at the shoreline, I suggest either placing them there right away, or ignoring they are wrong for now and then landscape the coast into where you want it. Then you can redraw the sections that are the wrong way around.
For quays in land that have no shoreline to help them figure out which way to turn, you will need Move It to move the nodes ever so slightly until the sections flip around to face the way you want.
You can also try the Quay Upgrade Tool mod. It is still in beta, meaning it might not always work as it should, it might have bugs and it might not work with all your mods. It lets you change direction of quays in the same way you change direction of one way roads. You can always try the mod, and if you have any problems with it, just remove it again. :)

As far as I know, there are no ways to remove vehicles like that without mods. They should despawn on their own in the unmodded game. I am not sure why a vehicle would get so stuck that the built in despawn doesn't happen, but I suggest posting to the official support forums, so the devs can have a look. It would be very handy if you can attach the save with the stuck vehicle there.

If the reason you want to avoid mods is Steam achievements, then there are mods, which will enable them again, so you can get rid of your stuck vehicle and get back to playing. Read more
I really recommend you post on the official forums. Since it isn't mod related, that is the best place to get help, and if it turns out to be something that needs fixing, that would be the place to report bugs anyways.

Tunnels are not supported in the map editor. To make tunnels in the editor, you will need this mod. And they'll look a little weird, but just ignore that. They will look right in the game. :)

It sounds like your game is likely crashing from a lack of available memory. If you have added more assets recently, or if any mods or assets have updated, or if you got another DLC recently, that would increase how much memory the game uses, which would explain the crashing. But it doesn't have to be related to the game. An update to your operating system or any program that runs in the background could also do it. Or if you have less available harddisk space for your pagefile, then that could also do it.
With 8 GB of RAM, I would also recommend you increase the max size of your pagefile to 32 GB.
Does the save not load at all? Or is the most recent cloud save not showing up for you? Do you still see the save on your laptop and does it load fine there?
Check your options in Steam to make sure the Steam Overlay is enabled. That's needed for it to open those links.
Looks like an issue with a vehicle. Try enabling Safe Mode with the Loading Screen Mod (more details on that here) and make sure to also check the option to remove all vehicles. Hopefully that will do the trick.
It refers to two mods. Screenshot 2 shows the settings they use for Daylight Classic, while screenshot 3 shows the settings for the mod Relight.

This thread is over a year old. We have had a major DLC since then and mods have updated. It's probably best to start a new thread instead, since the issue is unlikely to be related. Too much has changed. :) Read more
If you can live with the fact that their functions are the same, you can use district themes and the mod Building Themes to control what buildings spawn where. You can set up your own themes in game, using either the default buildings or workshop buildings. It's probably the easiest way to have a transition with the limitations of the game.

So it depends what you mean by "your own video".
- If you're streaming CSL itself, and the music is playing as part of the game, the UI in the game has implied to me that they consider that fine for everything but Gold FM.
- If you're making some other video and use the CSL music, they'd be completely justified in DMCA takedown-ing it. It's probably not licensed for that.
If you're doing the latter, then perhaps start from https://creativecommons.org/about/program-areas/arts-culture/arts-culture-resources/legalmusicforvideos/ or otherwise search for royalty-free music.

This is correct. As long as we're talking a stream/video of the gameplay, you can have the music from the game, with the exception of any listed in Options, Audio (I think it's just Gold FM, but I don't have any of the paid radio stations, so always check just to be sure). :) Read more
Depends on the radio station. If you open Options and go to Audio, you can see which radio stations are copyrighted and not available for streaming/videos.
