I’m digging into this further, but I always stress caution when appealing bans via forum posts fwiw, as it can just make thing worse in places everyone can see.

I have no message from Thrax, nor does it look like Hedge instituted his ban. It does, however, look like your friend got hit with a ban for comments with not so vague racist and sexist undertones, however.

Edit: he just messaged me.

You can DM with your friend’s name.

CMs are fatshark employees and have the ability to revert bans, though I suspect your friend’s ban is from a mod.

Thanks for this, we’re looking into it. The good news is we have a log of player ids that logged in each day and can make sure you get your rewards.

We’re definitely working on reverting that. We know it’s been painful based on the threads we’re seeing here, and we’re sorry about that. We recommend photosensitive users avoid this staff until we roll out the fix for it.

If you dislike elves so much as you won’t play with them, I think you’re gonna have a hard time reaching your QP goal in this game without a pre-made…

That said, we do have a functionality that should kick into place when you block someone in Steam so they can’t join your games as mentioned above.

So we spent Friday rolling out the new mission and monitoring it. This post went up midnight CET, so we generally aren’t in the office those hours. For reference, we generally put out community updates on Thursday, and hotfix patch notes ad hoc when they are launched. Monday we’ll be discussing our findings with the rest of the team.

We’re aware of this issue and hunting for a cause. If you can provide a console log of this session, that would be helpful.

Hello Heroes!

We wanted to give a small update regarding some of the feedback received and brought back to the team on the Advent Calendar. We’re happy that players have been enjoying the event, but also realize no one likes coming back empty-handed, so we’re working to improve this event for next time. Some of the problems we are working on solving include:

• How can we let players get a chance to claim missed days?
• How can we reward players who have everything that is also easy for us to implement? Shillings? Vaults? Something else?
• We’re also working on improving the UI in claiming and have deployed some fixes for this year’s event that will hopefully make claims less confusing.

Patch notes went up yesterday, update should be going live now.

Sure, I’ll ask the combat the team. Will reply when I have that.

I’ve mentioned elsewhere Hedge and I read every thread, even if we don’t comment on it. This is still true. We’ll be addressing other community issues in a weekly cadence, else us CMs would never be able to eat, sleep, or do other duties we need to attend to (such as writing the patch notes, attending meetings, working on future content campaigns, etc.).
