Thanks. I was running some bounties with a couple other guys last night and got spec points for each of them. Does NY have bounties and do you know if they give spec points?
NY definitely has bounties, though few in my experience have also offered Spec Points. You can also gain Spec Points through level 4 Control Points.
We had a brief post about this a couple weeks back shedding a bit more light on the Global Events situation. I unfortunately don't have any additional news to share right now, but when we have some it will be on that post.
While there aren't as many activities (like Invaded Missions) to quickly increase your Specialization Points, you will get some on each level up as you go from 30 to 40. I recommend putting on a Spec that's mostly complete so you can enjoy the more hefty bonuses while still making progress during your time in NYC.

Hi, it’s the Xbox s (white one). No it’s been happening all over the map but I do fast travel a lot but just got to New York and that’s as bad :( most of the time it’s ok but a few times I can’t find cover as there’s a weird green layer mid waist! I’ve tried rebooting as some others have suggested but still like this.

I'm getting constant Error FOXTROT-1 or DELTA-4 - been like that for several days. Tried all the troubleshooting tips from the UBISoft website - nothing works. Very frustrated.
Hey, could you confirm which region you are trying to play from and which platform?
Since the maintenance on tuesday i cant play the game anymore. Whenever i enter a mission area frames drop to 1 fps. If i leave the area again, like seen in the video, i get my normal 100 fps and above back.
This happens with EVERY mission in the game. So the only thing i can do right now is walk the streets.
CPU Usage is at 60%
Verified Files, deleted the game, reinstalled it. No Windows Updates, no Driver Updates.
As you can see, when i am outside, the game runs fine with above 100 fps. This only happens when entering any mission in the game.
