Hey, Sometimes this can happen if you don't have surrounding Control Points which are friendly as they have nowhere to spawn from.
This is intended behaviour.

Hey! This is the "Never Leavers" bounty in New York and was reported a little over a month ago, there could be a fix in tomorrow's patch for it, but if not I will make sure to chase this one again.
The orgional bug was that the elevator didn't work, and now the gates do not open.

Reconfiguring an Exotic will cost 1 Exotic Component, in addition to the generic crafting materials required for that particular Exotic. Deconstructing an Exotic will now yield 1 Exotic Component, down from 2 prior to TU9. We wrote an article for more info
