Gear 13 is not coming with the new Geonosian Territory Battle. CG_Cyanides only is referring to the last piece to finish off G12. This will get you to G13 with a shiny new portrait (just like completing G11 gets you to G12) but there are no G13 gear pieces being released with the Geonosis Territory TB.

Hi @Arhangel_of_sky, compensation is done at a studio level. There's been no announcements made on this but it's no harm to keep an eye on the Dev Announcements and News section for updates/communication.
Often support will direct you to Answers HQ as we have a dedicated Bug Report section here so the community can flag potential bugs. I've checked it out and there is an existing bug created on this issue that was reported over the weekend. EA_HighCommand has replied and escalated it as a bug for investigating. I'll link that thread here if you'd like to join it, click 'Me Too' to add yourself to the players experiencing this and to monitor the thread for further updates: "Grand Master Yoda takes up two slots in the GMY Training T3 Event".If you're new to Answers HQ and unsure of how to subscribe to threads for updates for example, I'd advise giving this thread a once over. The June calendar is live and you may have noticed that there are no Grand Arenas this month. It’s no secret that Grand Arena Championships are coming to the holotables soon and due to the release process, this unfortunately means we cannot run Grand Arena during this month without causing issues to the game.
In light of this, we are looking to offset the rewards you normally receive with some other events. Stay tuned.

Hi folks,
There was an issue over the weekend with the Galactic Upgrade Kit having the incorrect price listed on the Android store. The price on Android will be updated to the correct amount of $7.99 shortly. Also, it should be noted that the pack description is incorrect. The pack is only purchasable once in the period of time it is offered, not once per day. Apologies for any confusion.
We will not be issuing a refund for the differential. If the error had resulted in an increase to the price, we would refund those players, however since it was a discount, we will not be providing any compensation.
As a reminder, we do not do any sort of price testing such as showing one group of players one price and another group a different price. This was an error.
