So this thread has gotten way off topic, as it was originally geared towards a report about server issues (Thank you OP for the screengrabs!) so I will have to lock it up. The best way to directly report a potential DDoS, you can report the player via our online tool here[support.ubisoft.com] which should also allow you to upload the video!
I can't guarantee anything, bu your best bet is probably going to be going through support.

Have you tried opening up a support ticket at all?[support.ubisoft.com] I know that COVID has definitely made things a bit odd, as well as different servers having different traffic times, differe ISP's etc, but If you're having so many consistent issues, I would try with support. Read more
