We've been chasing this -- it's caused by a corrupt Steam\config\config.vdf -- find your SDL_GamepadBind block and delete it (it'll be massive -- maybe polluted with redundant entries because of Steam Beta? not sure).Not sure yet why it's breaking the launcher though.

After reading feedback on the Bonewidow, we have a desired boost incoming for Bonewidow overall, likely in the next hotfix!Bonewidow Changes:
-Firing Line now has a forced stagger to de-mobilize enemies hit by its rays.
-Shield Maiden now has a larger Health pool and increased angle of blocking (160 by default, 220 when holding Shield and Sword)
-Exalted Ironbride now has a base damage value of 1500 at Max Rank (increased from original 1000)
-Exalted Ironbride now has a base Critical Chance of 45% with a 3x multiplier (increased from original 5% and 1.5x).Please note that these example numbers are expected to ship, but as with all things involving development, there may be some tweaks before the final hotfix is deployed. Scintillant! We discussed it yesterday, and realized the Scintillant description was too vague in terms of other methods to acquire it and updated its description in a Hotfix.Overnight, we ran stats and the amount collected was too low, which is widely accepted from the community to be the case. While we all start with baseline '0' for new Updates, this Resource is an outlier in how slowly it's being accrued, which is to say current pacing is not our intention. They should feel like a revised Cetus Wisp, but when we compared the two overnight, and considering more people are playing Heart of Deimos and how many Scintillant are needed, they were lower to a degree that doesn't make sense with their hookup.We are getting a fix and (along with general Son Token rebalance) in for this today. We are looking into this right now - sit tight for a Hotfix or two while we smooth it out. They aren't impossible, all creatures appear organically, but that may take quite some time, which in practice here is too long. Expect a change in a near hotfix!

Hi all,If you're reading this you may have seen posts about the Artemis Bow Bundle costing $10 and only rewarding upwards of 1000 Platinum. We have fixed the issue - it was due to a Steam Store problem and we are dealing with the fallout as best we can. Our next steps include:1) Working on a script to fix accounts that are now locked out of real Prime Access purchases.
2) Working on a plan to deal with the purchases overall. We have a breakdown of everyone who bought the pack (myself included to test it).
