This! The IP ban lasts for 24 hours. You will be able to use a different internet connection (friend's house, library, or VPN, etc.) if you really want to play today. Sometimes resetting your router will work if you have a dynamic IP, but please don't try to log in too many times until the 24 hours is up. Read more
